you're not a good team if you need players to be hurt to win. We only beat the Saints last year because of Rona virus taking out half their team. Coach's included. LOL
your totally right we are not a good team, great example I forgot about last year haha

We had really good reasons to win the last two games as well: The Browns were being QB'ed by their second stringer who had limited pre-season work and a "meh" history behind him, plus both of their starting tackles were either playing injured or were out for the game. The Giants were coming in off of a terrible season, a brand new coach and a lot of question marks in positional groups due to poor management by the previous regime... oh and let's not forget that their QB was on the Sam Darnold trajectory there as well.
And we just fell flat or fell short depending on how you look at it.
I'd love to see us get a win over the Saints. I can even see the OP's points. I just don't think we can do it because of coaching quality rather than on field performers.
Totally see your points, our coaching is atrocious just hoping to see their offensive be atrocious due to their limitations of injuries.

I understand many of us here are incredibly frustrated and moral is at an all time low. So my optimism may annoy you but hear me out, we can win this week. My biggest reason is Jameis Winston’s back injury, “Winston has fractures in his L1 to L4 vertebrae, known as the lumbar part of his spine.” As many of us have, I have suffered from lower back injuries throughout the years and I cannot even imagine twisting my spine repeatedly at full force, let alone getting hit by NFL athletes. Beyond his back injury he’s suffering from a foot fracture as well. I never exactly feared Jameis, but this will hamper his play. One wildcard is Kamara who is listed as questionable, if he plays he would very much benefit Jameis as a check down option so he can limit getting hit. Regardless, this is a winnable game and I think we take the win. If I’m wrong feel free to poo on me all you want. Keep pounding!

see I can do this too, and my list will be much much longer
Every College has numerous players who amount to nothing, heck Alabama could write the dictionary with the amount of busts they have produced. Point being certain colleges lack star power, Penn State has produced numerous stars so don’t slander my team haha. Cheers tho I understand your point.

Yeah, he sucks too. You don’t draft players from Penn State. None of them ever pan out.
Micah Parsons,Saquon, Chris Godwin and many more says otherwise

Agree. I figured we would claim 1 or 2 players. Didn't see a whole lot of "cut-able" guys to make room for more.
I thought Hoskins would be gone along with Andre Roberts.

Lost one that we might have wanted to keep...
No clue why we kept Stantley Oliver Thomas over Barnes. Go with cheaper and higher upside youth always I can’t stand those choices.

Haven't read through the thread, but I really just don't get this move.
In general, I like him as a player, but the guys is a possession receiver, get the ball to him and let him go to work.
Isn't that basically what Shi is supposed to be for us? That Curtis replacement that we've been looking for?
The guy has looked great in camp and pre-season, so why make this trade and now make Shi basically a pointless player for us at the moment?
Unless we're trading/cutting Robby, which I'd LOVE, I don't understand this move given how good Shi has looked this year.
RAC guy not a possession guy, but I’m hoping this is a signal we’re moving on from Robby tired off his bad attitude. Great trade honestly, swing for the fences move with low compensation.

Yea except one alpha was a 6'5 250lb athletic freak with a cannon for an arm who would bulldoze everyone who tried to tackle him, the other isn't.
If you gave Baker Cams size and athleticism that man would be a fuging monster… would be ejected for being to scary.

So far, I've seen a 4th round pick in Zappe and a 5th round pick in Howell who look better than any QB on our roster.
You could make that argument for anyone except Baker, preseason means a bit but having a playoff win under your belt is a really good sign. Zappe is slinging it out there but this is against 3rd and 4th stringers.

Horrible throw that’s a pick ALL DAY, on a positive note Cade Mays is looking solid out there.

I really don't know what he was thinking with the should've been pick six throw. I couldn't even tell who he was trying to throw to. He hit the Pats DB in stride right on the hands. Looked like he was throwing to him.
That’s one of the only plays I got to see from him, man that looked bad. That’s a pick 6 all day in the regular season, really hope he looks better going forward in this game.

OL looks like ass. Corral looks better but that's not saying much. He has a good quick release. He did throw a ball that should've been a pick six.
So thankful he ain’t sniffing the starting spot this year, he doesn’t seem ready to start anytime soon. Hopefully it’s just the lack of practice but man he needs to play better.

Agreed, besides RB CMC just makes us elite there. I will say, we also don’t really have any glaring weaknesses outside of edge.
