It's just a casual source of entertainment for me. I'd never stop following the team. I'm likely to stop reading the Huddle though. Not worth the misery.

It's rather funny how the opinion of arm length has done a 180 degree flip since Brady was drafted.
At first it was outrage of drafting a short armed tackle.
Now it's outrage over arm length no mattering.
This place has the collective memory of a goldfish bowl.

That's pretty sad if it's not a common thing to do. Having to have refs come hold your hand in practice? Wow.
It's not uncommon but don't let that get in the way of a snap judgement.
There are so many things to criticize but this is an obvious reach.
Everyone want's the staff to look for ways to fix problems.....until they do....then it's just something to whine about.

Where does the joke writing part apply?

Why doesn't this clown of a coach get it? Our other options at LT are worse. Rashawn Slater's arms are less than an inch longer. poo doesn't matter.
You are asking the Huddle which has shown to be obsessed with arm length.

Twitter analysts....lol

I would agree with this.
In retrospect you after moving on from Cam they should have stuck with Teddy. The problem wasn't all him and we were more completive with him even with a crappy defense. He had his limitations and criticism of his contract is fair. But going forward he would have been a fine stop gap for a drafted QB. Brady was as limited or more than Teddy.

I'm sure he would have done well with Drew Brees and a great offensive line. Who wouldn't?
He had some nifty route concepts maybe but showed no ability to adapt to roster issues or in-game situations.
Red zone
3rd quarter
He was allergic to the run this year.

There is literally nothing to suggest he is ready to be a head coach. He's yet to be a successful OC anywhere.
He was a passing game consultant on a loaded team.

Were you that impressed by his ability to call 99% run plays tonight?
I'm impressed by coaches who make the calls that lead to wins.
It's not about being cute. It's about winning.

That team started out 1-3 and there was fuging blood in the water.
The Panthers had just poo the fuging bed in Arizona coming out of a bye. They beat the hell out of the Cardinals but lost due to a hideous offensive gameplan.
This was after starting 1-6 the season before, including one of the most gut wrenching regular season losses in team history that involved a 4th and short and a certain undersized safety.
There were constant threads about firing rivera.
In retrospect I don't think anyone can say that Rivera didn't come into a better situation. I mean yes he drafted Cam but that was a no brainer, and also a consolation pick. The team was also better when he inherited it, especially what ruhle inherited.
And yet thinks are far more hostile now than they were then.
So why is that? Obviously this was a decade ago, the internet as a whole had not yet grown as caustic.
Why is Ruhle different?
I'm not sure it's as much about football or the situation as it is with people generally being more angry online and wanting a pat on the back for supporting the mob.

Word on local media early in the season was that he had no interest in college but I've lost faith in local media knowing what they are talking about.
Though I don't care what he does.

I want Rhule fired but does anyone actually think that is going to happen after two years. By the way people thinking Tepper had brass balls were wrong, he doesn’t have any at all. What an embarrassment he has made this team, probably doing it so all the fans won’t come and then he can move the team.
He's building an enormous new facility to move the team. How do you come uo with this nonsense? You are more full of poo than Rhule

Go back to his history though. He turned down the Jets head coaching job because they wanted input on his staff.
Turns out they may have had valid reason.
That has no relation to the situation. Are you suggesting Rhule is stubborn because he won't take YOUR advice?
LOL

Slater is the only one of those I'd argue over Horn.
But this has been discussed to death already

Tepper, whatever you do don't take advice from the Huddle.
We still need to be told when to cheer.

Nothing changes for me.

Duh....those guys aren't going

Silver Platter Sam is eating off of paper plates now.

I don't care about Tepper's money. He might. We will find out how much he cares. He could probably liquidate something and pay him off without flinching if he wanted.

After last season we should have just kept Teddy through the rebuild. But I suppose him calling out golden boy Brady made him the scapegoat. I'm not even commenting on the Cam decisions but the compounding of bad decisions afterwards.
