First line of business in WR room, clean out TMJ's locker and show him where the exit door is. I wouldn't even validate his damn parking garage ticket.

See Ya Goodbye GIF by Gerbert!

I get it we all love to rag on our bust picks but idk why you'd ever cut him before rosters have to be at 53. Its the last year of his rookie deal, the money is already guaranteed. Bring him to camp.

Can the Panthers move Ekwonu to Guard already? That will be a positive signal from Dan & Dave. Protect the QB first. Then use timing passes to open up the run. Then dominate with the run & Bozeman/Ekwonu/Moton.

might be in the minority here but I want to give Ickey one more chance at LT. If he sucks ass throughout camp/pre-season then make the switch but He should spend this off-season prepping to play Tackle.

McVay was coming from one of the best offensive staffs ever assembled and is an idiot football savant.

In Canales one year of being an OC, his unit was the definition of mid.

oh wow he remembered a couple massive plays in a few games from the previous year. complete Einstein

not buying into anything until i see results (wins).

i will be hopeful that we get things figured out, but there's no way i'm betting or counting on it. odds are it's another fail.

same here. I got fuging DUPED last year. Wont get fooled again/ get excited until we win a 10th game in a season.

Keep Dalton if he wants to stick around forsure. These veteran dudes might not want to stick around for a rebuild that’s my only reasoning for saying take a late round flyer. But you never know.. hire dependent I suppose.

dalton signed a 2 year contract. Idc If he wants to be here or not, he signed the contract.

I think Stroud would have looked better than Young here because Stroud fit Reich's offense better than Young did.

However, it probably would have just been him and Adam Thielen that looked good, becuase the line still would have looked like poo and the RBs still would have looked like poo.

This really is more of an indictment on Reich and his inability to adjust scheme to better fit his personnel, not just his rookie QB, also Fitterer for thinking any of the players we had on roster would fit Reich's style of play.

    Dildos top to bottom.

Yeah this is my copium. Stroud would have made us look good juuuuust enough to retain reich into next year. We'd of been like herbert and the chargers were for his rookie contract, great QB tied to a bad HC, or as I like to call it, the Rivera special.

Deboer just took Washington, the Washington Huskies, to the CFP National Championship Game in his second season there. Yet CRA and CWC are in here touring how Bama is going to fall off a cliff?  Hahaha.

While I expect a drop-off, Bama will still be relevant. Bama will still pull recruits. Bama will still be in the mix.

A lot of wishful thinking in here.

he wont be worse than Shula lmao.

Todd Monken or Mike Macdonald (my #2 overall behind Ben Johnson)

I'm just not a fan of these other options.  Ben Johnson is my #1 but I don't see that happening.

Monken is older, which hurts him, but he's got great experience in the pro and college game.  That should help with his ability to develop players because he's familiar with different styles and ways of getting guys involved.  Even in Tampa, he did a great job (I won't blame him for Jameis being a turnover-machine).  And he's worked under two great leaders in Harbaugh and Smart.

Macdonald I feel could be a culture-setter, and like Monken, has worked under great leaders.  And I just get a vibe that his teams will be tough.  I mean just look at him.

I don't want to hire an offensive coach for the sake of saying we have one.  Callahan and Canales would be blah hires.  I wouldn't hate Frank Smith... but I wouldn't feel good about it working out.  Feels like you'd be taking a huge gamble that he isn't just riding Mike McDaniels' coattails.

    And please no retreads

I thought Monken was in his mid 60's when I looked at him. surprised to find out the guy is only 57
