Keep in mind that, under our system of government, this man can vote.

I'm trying to make sense as to what he was thinking or how he had gone his entire life without ever seeing or walking on an escalator. I have so many questions from this that I will never have answered unfortunately.

One could argue ..did it crash or is it coincidence that three of the astronauts that were on that shuttle have identical twins with different first names. And the others are still alive apparently..just older. Same names... teaching at universities. I wasn't even a year old but the story behind it is Wild.

P.S.. I like Eddie ...but do we let Zane walk in favor of him?

What? Youre kidding right? Now it appears I'm doing some Google research tomorrow when I am able to.

You're like 10 weeks late on this thread....are you just clearing up your DVR queue and catching up on the season or something?  If so, no one spoil the rest of the season for him.

He was responding to my thread from early in the week saying that I judged Pinero wrong in wanting him cut after having one bad game then completely redeeming himself the rest of the season. Apparently he just now saw it and needed to .ake a thread about it.....I'm guessing somebody went poo poo in his egg McMuffin this morning.

That has to be an NFL record, but since this fanbase thrives on meaningless victories, let's praise him for making normal kicks after

Jon Kasay , one of our best and most reliable kickers in history, practically kicked us to the superbowl in 02,  was crucified for kicking out of bounds in the final moments of the superbowl, like those 20 yards would have made a difference to Brady and Welker against a tired D, but let's forgive a choke artist who got a 2nd chance and still missed , and how many games did we miss the div title by, that's right, 1, Gano would have made 1 of those kicks, what loser misses 2 game winning kicks in 1 game and keeps there job

In any organization with standards, Pinero would have been cut before he left the stadium

Uh oh looks like you were hoping for a tank potentially? Obviously a post in response to mine on changing my mind on Pinero but man you sure do give a dude a hard time for one bad game don't you.

Literally nothing has changed, so what he made some low pressure kicks, he is a liability when the game is on the line , and should have been cut after the Atlanta chokes

So all his other kicks meant nothing this season and his two misses (only misses of the entire season) were reason for cutting him? So the 32 field goals he made were all completely low pressure kicks? One bad game and done I guess?

  6. He is a great runner and a decent passer when he is on his game. Definitely would take him but given his injury history and the type of HUGE guaranteed money he wants I would say he isnt worth it and would still look to take my chances in the draft. If he was as good of a passer as he is a runner and we could guarantee him a GREAT offensive line to protect him while somehow talking him into taking less hits and being more mindful of the future when he does run the ball then definitely pursue him but right now as it stands I would avoid unfortunately.

He was pretty durable in the SEC for three years. Injured his shoulder against Arkansas trying to throw as he hit the ground awkwardly. Hardly missed any game time as Alabama's QB.

I believe he's the best QB prospect in this class and will be the diet version of Mahomes in the NFL.

What does he actually weigh? Was it below 200? Do you think he will hold up in the NFL? Mahomes isn't a completely tiny guy I don't think is he?

We have to come away with MINIMUM a vertical threat TE, WR and RB on the offensive side.  Not sexy but, DE, ILB and FS on the defensive side.  That's about the entire draft.  The very reason I want to TRADE BACK a time or two to pick up 2-3 more picks.  We simply do not have enough to fill what we need.  Still should get another LB (super thin now), slot WR, IOL and possibly a nickle corner.

Can't get all that in 7 picks.

As far as RB goes we could just resign Foreman if he will take a normal market value deal and we have Hubbard as well. Those two are capable then maybe a 3rd option could be from anywhere

  9. I don't know much about him but the Lions sound as if they would be foolish to not keep him. He sounds like a locker room leader and an on the field leader who is humble and does things the right way setting a good example for all the younger players. He sounds pretty damn awesome. I would take him in a heartbeat on our team if I were in charge.

That Hard Knocks clip of Jamaal Williams epitomizes why fans arguing about tanking is a futile endeavor.  Imagine expecting a guy like that to roll over and quit lol.

This EXACTLY for all the whiny people in the newest bitching because we didn't tank thread from Sunday. You goof balls think you're going to talk him into tanking?

  11. Doesn't sound as if she is the final decision maker. Does not hurt anything if she sits in and listens. One more opinion to throw in there. It is not that big a deal but unfortunately some of our huddle self credited biggest geniuses have a problem with it. I'm guessing these same geniuses analyze each turd in the bowel before wiping their very large flabby furry butts as well.

    excited genius GIF
