They were terrible. They weren't scapegoated, we just moved on from terrible players.

You seem like a smart guy. Some what of an ass but decently coherent. If someone is bad doesn’t it make it easier to scapegoat them? If I’m turn ALL the blame is put in them that will make people overlook other problems that could be worse than what the scapegoat is causing. Sam Darnold and Teddy Bridgewater were never the biggest problems, but the staff sure has played it that way with replacing them. That doesn’t take away from the fact that they are bad but they were never the sole reason for the Panthers failures under Rhule.

  2. The main reason I can agree with this is the fact that Turner has a worse OL than us because of all their losses from injury. Even with all that he still was able to get more out his line than we can out of our own. It’s crazy to say but man this staff is further in over their heads than we could ever imagine.

  3. Our problems exceed a quick fix. We thought Cam might be that but unfortunately the staffs inconsistencies, bad game planning and our OL reared their ugly heads. We need accountability. The staff tried to scapegoat Darnold. Rhule would be ultimate accountability and would take Fitterer being the favorite of Teppers to initiate. Fitterer wanting his own guy could be a blessing in disguise for us. Who knows if he does. Realistically we will probably see a coordinator be let go of and then next year really have the opportunity to boom or bust. Only time will tell, but like Igo said things are not well at all on Mint St.

  4. Like I said in a bother thread Chud and Norv had him at his best. The film that should be looked at is 2011-2012 and 2017. Those seasons were instrumental in how Cam developed from a Qb perspective not just a talent perspective. 2015 was the best year he played not relying on the rest of the team because he was the offense that year.

  5. A decent amount of what Norv and Chad were doing worked. Sometimes Cam would do the most or be pressured and make a bad decision. Honestly Brady needs to look back at the film from 2011-2012 and 2017 those were the most dynamic our offense has been. Some will say 2015 but that year it was an aberration on Shula's resume. He wasn't the reason for the offensive success Cam just did almost everything on offense that year and the defense gave us plenty of chances to win.
