When you claim “someone is talented relative to being a football player” and also claim “he is dumb” in the same sentence, then that would imply you MORE LIKELY THAN NOT mean dumb as a football player. I’m no troll, honestly I just wanted to further this discussion to see whether or not you said he was dumb because of his race. I now have enough information to conclude that you PROBABLY did not mean he was dumb because of his race.

Well in your OP you claimed that he was as dumb as a brick, but talented as a football player. So the implication behind your statement will be interpreted as football intelligence more often then not, that’s how a natural language like english works. Now if you want to retract that claim and say that you mean only cognitive ability then that statement still wouldn’t be valid since those mistakes can be attributed to immaturity rather than intelligence. @LinvilleGorge

You’re conflating football intelligence with normal cognitive ability. Besides, him scoring a 6 on the wonderlic doesn’t necessarily mean he was stupid since your not accounting for him getting smarter.

That’s a red herring. Assuming he was a multi-year starter, not knowing a detail about the rules does not prove he’s stupid. Pat Mahomes didn’t know how to read defenses (an actual nuance of the position not some pedantic nonsense like OT rules) and still wasn’t stupid.
