Maybe they have had faith in Demani Richardson for a while now. Hence why we never signed Blackmon or Simmons. Let’s hope he keeps it going.  We sure need help that FS position. 

He needs to stop being such a nice guy this year. I’d rather him be a little crazy like so much WR’s are. He comes across as timid and unsure of himself in his interviews. 

It’s a shame that we didn’t build a strong enough/positive rapport with Frankie Luvu that would’ve convinced him to sign back with us a few years back. Still hate seeing him on the Commanders.

You think going 8-9 while being in the playoff hunt until Week 17 or 18 and ending up just missing out wouldn't be considered growth this year?

You're acting like I'm saying we should be playing for the #1 pick and try to lose every game for it.  It's not even like I'm saying I want us going into Week 18 needing a win to make the playoffs and a loss keeps us out and thus I'm rooting against us that game.

I'm solely saying that I think making the playoffs only to lose in the first round would in the end, be less beneficial for us than if we were to just miss the playoffs, pick 5-7 spots earlier in the draft, and get the easier schedule that goes along with it.

A Panthers team that makes the playoffs but still loses round 1 probably has a better version of Bryce Young than a Panthers team that barely misses the playoffs. If we’re doing hypothetical, give me a higher %chance of Bryce being the real than better draft picks. 

I hope so. Morgan definitely showed unspoken faith in Wallace by not drafting a LB. 

Glad he didn’t fall to us with the chance of us drafting him. Funny how so many people thought drafting an undersized DT at #8 with poor athletic traits and short arms was going to move the needle for us.. Especially considering we signed Wharton and Brown over the offseason..Robinson and Brown still on the roster as well. 

Cool seeing Dan Morgan on a mainstream show like Pat Mcafee. Good publicity for the Panthers. 

So glad we stayed put and took TMac. Kid is going to be a game changer for us

I remember the days when our draft pick sticky threads would go 100+ pages. It’s kind of sad to see how much this website has decreased in popularity.
 

For starters, the “Carolina Huddle” would be a lot more popular if there was an app created for it just like any other social media platform. It’s a hassle having to go to the Internet browser every single time I want to browse the website since I’m a phone user.

Really sucks that Kizer or Stutzman didn’t fall to us. UGA was a different team when Etienne was on the field though. Good wiggle, vision, break tackle ability, catching ability. Let’s see what happens.

Lol exactly. Trevor Itienne was the best RB left imo. If Chuba or Dowdle go down, we’d need another capable RB on the roster. Blackshire is trash. I watched ETN quite a bit for UGA and he’s a really good running back. Once Kizer and Stutsman got picked I had more of an open mind.  I’m fine with it.
