This is cool. I mean I'm sure they have the technology to implant chips in to footballs and onto the fields to measure spatially where the ball is. But then that'd take the fun and anger out of reacting to the ref's subjective opinions lol.

No more "We were Zebra  fugged"!!!

This is some 5d chess and long term strategy for globalization of the league.  Our beloved panthers will continue to suck and have low fan turnout, while building a presence in Germany and Europe, and will either be the 1st or 2nd team to relocate to Europe.  North American market has already reached market cap for saturation and low margin return cities are going to be on the chop.  Just like Duval and the Jags might head to be the first UK team.   They have a huge fanbase in UK already……I hate to see it happen.  Love my Carolina Panthers.  It’s only a conspiracy theory until its true.

You mean they're NOT moving to Los Angeles....( Sarcasm).

Since 2019, the Panthers have paid tons of scouts and front office folks millions….and basically hit on like 3-4 players.   Which includes the likes of NFL JAGs in Hubbard and Tremble as hits.   And that’s if you want to given them Mrs Rhule’s pick lol

Well..you could actually make that argument about " most" teams.

White non-QB prospects and black QB prospects have to be compared to another player of the same race. It's an unwritten rule somewhere.

In the old days the "canned" line by sports casters on certain  types of players was " he doesn't have blinding speed, but great hands, and a knack for getting to the ball" .. yeah their talking about a white WR.

What he got paid doesn't mean he's worth it.  Another team was not going to pay him what he wanted AND give up a 1st to do it. That was never going to happen.  I hope the Giants get their money's worth out of him. We certainly didn't get ours.

Wondering if he'll "take plays off" in the Meadowlands?

The fact is Young's weight is a major problem.  He can say whatever he wants to say his weight is but, the truth shows on the field.   At less than 200 lbs when a 330+ pound defensive lineman grabs you.  You're not getting away.  It was very clear that if someone got to him the chances of him breaking the tackle were slim.

They ranted and raved about his pocket awareness and how well he could maneuver the pocket.  That is as long as no one gets his hands on him.  9 times out of 10 he's not going to break the tackle.

We got spoiled by Cam who regularly broke tackles and made big plays.  Young isn't going to do that.  This is why we have to have a stellar offensive line. Until we have one.  Teams are going to come after him and bet they reach him before he can get a pass off.  They don't have to worry about him breaking tackles and making big plays.

"Young's weight is a major problem"..

    Fixable...

Cam does a great job on his podcast. The thing that stands out to me is he welcomes people of all races. He's not just interviewing people from the black community. He's even welcomed people who has bashed him in the past guys like Florio and Warren Sapp. Even the chick from ESPN who trashed him a few weeks back.

Cam is genuinely a good dude. Which is why I don't understand why there is people in this fanbase who genuinely hates him.

The league may never see a Dude quite like Cam. Agreed on the haters I defended him on many occasions to so called "Panther Fans".

This is the play he drug 3 Philadelphia Eagles across the goal line on the way to winning the 2003 season NFC Championship 14-3 and going on to the Super Bowl.

I remember we watched this game at a sports bar in Greensboro and as soon as the game was over, we drove to Charlotte and joined the mob scene around BOA when the buses arrived from the airport at 2AM or something ridiculous. I remember the interior lights going on in the buses when they pulled into the stadium so the fans could see the players.

That was one of the best memories I have as a Panther fan back in the day.

What a time to be a Panthers fan. I think the Eagles whiffed on serval tackles on that particular play.
