We just noticed CMC out here and he came close for some nice applause. He’s ripped.

It’s going to be exciting watching the preseason games all the way through just for the QBs. I expect we go 3-0 just by having such talent and effort at the most important position through end of game.

Darnold nailed the first basket target and people were surprised. Baker missed his first bad. You can tell there are clear favorites. Corral has a rocket.

Team culture seems stronger than I’ve seen previously. Chinn came over and met with the fans for a bit - was awesome to see. Overall so far, very loose and fun, but respecting the discipline of drills and the job that needs to be done.

Jaycee is running and doing some light drills with the other CBs. Looks very precautionary to me.

Yeah, would have been that for me he had given up and sucked the rest of the way. Instead, led us on a strong comeback attempt with one of the best throws I’ve ever seen deep in our own territory. Should have won that game had the defense not blown it in OT and memories would be a a lot different.

This is the best thing I’ve read here recently. Mainly because it’s right on and I agree 100%.

Maybe he was waiting on the right situation? I.e. pick an OC situation where he’s got a chance to become HC if things go sideways or where he has the authority to make certain decisions. When you’ve made millions, you can really do what your want. Based on his previous performance as an OC and the way he’s handled himself in the role so far, I’m really looking forward to this offense under McAdoo.

The same OC, Joe Brady, who had obviously been figured out and was unable to adjust. Once film is out there of what you like to do, it’s a whole new ballgame. As a frequent study of the game and tendencies, I feel you’re using a poor comparison.
