Easy sign him back, have alot of loop holes in new contract that depend on behaivor. If he screws up again then trade him. That way we at least get draft picks. SO far every losing record division winner has won at least 1 playoff game, proving they belong. Records dont matter , you take care of division business you get in. Everyone knows that, you shouldnt cry if you dont win your division. If you take away that rule 6 games a year for a team become alot less important and it would greatly diminish the level of play. Everyone knows for a fact divison games and so much more exciting then other games. this is undisputable
