This is very interesting and it makes sense. However, Im not sure I agree that at a point the body can only add fat and not muscle. Look at bodybuilders that add huge amounts of muscle to what is sometimes a small frame.
But it makes sense from the weight standpoint as well as stresses that a player is applying to bones, joints and ligaments. Keeping below that ratio keeps the muscle as the weak point. Overbuilding the muscle makes the ligaments, joints and maybe even bones the weak point.

So if the Ravens decide to match the contract, does he have to sign it? I get that they can match what he agrees to with another team, but if they decide to match can't he just refuse to sign? This is assuming he is done with Baltimore and wants out.

Deshaun Watson now can't wait to play the Vikings.

They only want what for Zach Wilson?

Trade him and try to resign him in the offseason when he is a FA

Faulk being traded did wonders for his career with the Rams. Colts also got a decent RB in Edgerrin James in the draft. Peyton Manning is what really defined the Colts. As long as the Panthers hit on a franchise QB, no one will really remember CMC.
Just to be fair, Edgerrin James is a bit above decent. He was rookie of the year and won the rushing title his first two years. He owns the Colts records for most career rushing yards, rushing touchdowns, yards per game, and seasons over 1000 rushing yards. And he is in the Hall of Fame. Peyton defined the colts, but the RB they drafted after they traded Faulk was a home run. I just don't know if this front office is capable of duplicating that yet.

Nobody, including Sam Darnold, wants them to rush Sam Darnold back from injury.

He should just move his town to the end zone. Baker and Rhule could never find it.

And then what? Who then takes the controls of this fast train to hell? Its not turning around but it pays well I guess.
Lets just let Phil Snow do it. His unit is the only one showing up anyway.

Something tells me when it's all said and done, it's just about money. A new partner with more money. Just making sure it doesn't piss off too many people

Over. We have a much improved Oline and CMC is likely to make it past 7 games this year. Our schedule might be a tad more difficult (impossible to tell at this point) but we get ATL x 2 again.
I counter your giddy optimism with...

I love 1:45 in that video. Defender had no chance of taking part in the play but got knocked into next week anyway.

He escaped the crap show! Bet this was Rhule looking for Gilmore in the locker room.

Oh why not? Just throw another log on the dumpster fire.

Ironically no Panthers coaches made the top 101 coaches either.

I think Rhule would rank lower if they ranked head coaches.

I like how we porpoised along there at the bottom there for awhile before sinking to the depths of utter dispair to which we have grown so accustomed.

I wouldn't say as much lost as he looks checked out. That is the look of a man who knows he is not there long term and has no concerns for the future as he could retire on what he is still guaranteed.

2024 Germany game
in Carolina Panthers

If things go as we hope, Mahomes/Young could be the next Brady/Manning. If Bryce can expand on how he played in college just imagine games between these two.
