I still stand by my statement that Cam would easily be the most talented QB on this roster.
That being said. This isn't on PJ. He has a grand total of 3 passes attempted that traveled beyond the LOS through 3 quarters. Idk wtf McAdoodoo and Wilks are thinking.
I seriously think they were banking on Stafford being ass and doing what he did at the end of the 1st half and winning that way

I wonder who in the building couldn't wait to leak this garbage mission statement to Jones. In the end, Rhule was not "OOU"
My guess is Steve Drummond is JJ’s source. I imagine they developed a good working relationship when JJ was with the Observer and Drummond was the Comms guy

Just hell no on Stroud. Name the last Ohio State QB who was worth a fug in the NFL.

If he had just said “Quarterback play” instead of just “Quarterback” its likely a non-issue

Watching some of the presser, Tepper just came off to me as a guy who has always had answers and solutions to his problems but in this instance has no idea how to solve the problem and he’s very uncomfortable with that. That uncomfortableness was written all over his face at the start

If the rumors about Wilkes and Snow are true, I wonder if he stays or goes as well.
Cliffs? They got beef?

He played really well and I thought we played well for the most part. Sisniega probably deserves the blame on one of the goals, he parried the ball right to a Red Bulls player, the other goal was just a great strike by the NY player.
Well, that’s feels mild in comparison to the fug ups Kahlina has had this season tbh.

Charlotte FC falls to NY Red Bulls 2-0 in the final game of the season for the Crown.
Charlotte played well enough to at least come away with a draw but the Red Bulls keeper could not be beaten.
I was listening on my way back from the coast and it sounded like he was pulling an Ochoa from the World Cup a few back

Beat the brakes off of them! The switch to more of a 4-2-3-1 with Swiderski at the 10 has been huge. Really would like to see Santos get a start on Sunday

I like his style of attack and his emphasis on hard work. We struggle sometimes matching the talent of our opponents and have to make it up with effort and outhustling the opponent. He is definitely what we need as a young team.
I think that was one of MAR’s problems. Too focused on tactics and not just on letting good players do what they do. CL seems to have simplified what he wants then to do and then just go do it while keeping intensity up

I had gotten off of the CL wagon but I think the extension is fine. He’s shown he’s not above changing things and being flexible which I don’t think MAR ever was. Moving Swiderski to the 10 has paid off the last 3 games and I hope we’ll see Santos start here the last 3 games
-
Baker’s still been better than Sam. I think if Darnold was starting we wouldn’t have been in any of the games because he would’ve turned the ball over too much
-
Seeing Swiderski’s goal for Poland, man I hope Nuno can get him deliveries like Lewandoski gave him. That must be an amazing feeling for Karol to get that delivery from a living legend in their home country

Don’t think there are a ton of options for Tepper as he’d have to work with both the NFL and MLS as he’d be moving both teams.
Only city that really makes sense is San Antonio (St. Louis is already getting an MLS team).
I don’t think MLS would go for their newest expansion team in a market they’ve wanted being shipped off. Plus Texas is already kinda saturated with Dallas, Austin and Houston. Hell there’s only 2 NFL teams in Texas

My first restaurant job ever was at Woodlands in blowing rock which is also now closed
Damn so Woodland’s fully closed now? I had heard it wasn’t great after the ownership change. My family loved that place but my parents went last year and said it wasn’t good anymore

Does the bagelry still deliver or has that been relegated to the gig economy? I used to get overstuffed bagelicious delivered as a hangover cure many moons ago.
Not sure. I used to use the hell out of Boone Takeout when I was in school. They were DoorDash before that was even an idea

Booneshine Brewing in East Boone area is fast becoming a hot spot. Boone Bagelry is still kicking around and one of my favorites for breakfast if I’m in town

Santos needs to start next game as the 10. He was putting the ball in some dangerous scoring areas and that run for his goal, we haven’t seen that all season
Alcivar playing as an extra 6 in the double pivot looked good as well. He actually looked comfortable and somewhat competent

It must make you mad that someone else is having fun and getting recognition. Must be sad to not want anyone else to be happy

Saw this randomly on Twitter and thought it could be an interesting opportunity for CLT FC if they were chosen. With Tom Glick now at Chelsea and the game from this past summer, seems like an existing link to get us in the door
Is replacing McAdoo now really that hard after watching this offense today?

They knew PJ couldn’t do poo so they called the game that way. Hell give Eason the #1 reps this week and start him next week. For being called up from the PS he looked a hell of a lot better
