We can wrap this up as we're talking in circles now, but the key difference to our opinions is this: I don't believe 2 games (and especially not practice) is enough to evaluate a player, you clearly do. Purdy has also shown himself to be a bust. Look what he did when he only had 2 future HOFers when Samuel was out.
Yeah he's really underperformed for his draft position. lol

we could of trotted out Cam Newton with a shot arm, pulled Greg Olsen from the booth on a bum foot and had Joe Brady calling plays.......and won more games than the 2024 team pulled off.
I mean, it's amazing how we keep getting worse and worse at so many different aspects.
The longer they keep sending Young out the worse it will get.

I have no faith in this organization but this is at least a step in the right direction.

Yeah if Kyler is 5'10" then Young 5'8"

Kyler??
I stand corrected, I do think he's taller than Young though.

And I still haven’t..
So you're saying Young is good at playing under center?

Bro. I'm concerned some of these posters have never played football.
Sure a QB can hold the ball too long at times, but QBs are mostly sacked from a lineman getting beat and/or coverage. Sacks and QB hurries are attributed to offensive linemen and TEs. Though WRs and playcalling can be just as responsible as a QB holding the ball too long.
Have you ever seen a QB that couldnt play under center? In the NFL?

It wasn’t him that murdered the franchise. It was David Tepper.
Tepper was the murderer but Young was the murder weapon.

If you watch the OL carefully, we were running wide because our Guards SUCKED. Pass protection broke down through A and B gap most of the time. Chark is not a good route runner. I keep Smith-Marsette, Mingo, Theilen (slot) and I let the rest walk. TEs? I make Tremble my #1, let the rest go. Ricci was good as a receiving TE, so I may keep him as the #3 or #4 TE. I might consider moving BC to LT and Ickey to LG--but I think I would let them compete for the job in camp. I bring in a stud RG. Moton's deal has to be reworked. I would draft a top WR and I would sign good route runners who can catch the ball.
Let's face it, they are not giving up on Bryce in 1 year. Give him time and some open WRs and TEs, he is fine. Vilma said something brilliant--they are predictable. The run does not set up the pass (based on formation). Bryce had no chance of being successful, and he wasn't successful, some of you with keen knowledge of the NFL QB position have been very kind enough to repeatedly point that out. Let's see what happens--you might be right, but I have always said the QB should be the last thing you put in place.
When the QB cant play under center and cant throw down the field with accuracy...you're play calling will be predictable.

You’re deluded as hell if you don’t think this team wouldn’t have won more games with Dalton starting all the games
I think we beat Falcons twice, Saints once, Bucs once, Texans, Vikings, Bears, and maybe the Colts with Dalton. Not that Dalton is good but it was one of the easiest schedules I can remember.

Bryce backer here, get him an OC that knows what he is doing and Bryce will prove you all wrong.

I think the 3-4 sucks. Not ours..just in general I'm not a fan.
It works best for a team that can score a lot of points forcing the other team to have to pass...lol.
