Lol holy crap this whole time reading this thread I was thinking of Chris Long.
Will go back and read again with new perspective and join back into the discussion shortly.

Seattle fans detest Graham.
Until he's on their team dunking on wet goalposts like a boss.

Something kind of caught my eye in a post yesterday about how the Panthers wanted to sign Ginn before the FA period started so he wouldn't count against the compensatory picks they would receive. Is this a strategy they've used often as an organization or is this a Gettlrman thing because going back I honestly can't remember the exact days that our FA have been signed in the past?
-
He brought a helmet with him to sign refinance papers for his BOA Home Loan?
That's really weird.

Dammit, mod fix the damned title...
I fixed it for you, even though the original was so ironically appropriate.

Earlier reports were wrong. Turns out Bell is actually ambidextrous, and will dominate for us this year.

Ok i Think it is time for me to stop posting in here , Seems to be a lot stuff getting posted here is making its way to the front page as new post ,,, At this point i fell like i am only spamming you all lol ..
Honestly you are doing great. Your OP's are more than just a link and have some dialogue with them. I only locked that one you had because you were a tad late and the other thread already had a discussion going.
I would say keep posting in here unless it's a bigger name FA that will generate conversation in its own thread.
You definitely are not spamming on FA day.

Speaking of bargains, did anyone see Lesean McCoys new deal
Wow
Buffalo hired Hurney as a consultant for RB contracts specifically.

I assume you mean 10% less. And those states make their tax money, just in different ways.
Also, professional athletes pay taxes in every state, and sometimes also city, that they play in. The intracies are well over my head,, but the lack of income tax isn't necessarily as huge a factor as it's made out to be.
My bad I meant less. Or maybe shrink their cap 10% over other teams caps.
-
Sports teams in states with no income tax should be forced to pay guys 10% more than other teams.
Kind of an unfair advantage that all things being equal, a player is likely to take the money in a state with no taxes.
I guess a case could be made that California's weather is an unfair draw too though.

Maybe Gettleman picks up someone like Moore so he isn't forced to draft DGB when he's available at our pick.
It's like rubbing one out before you go to the bar so you don't mistakenly come him with a 3 because she was the BPA (best p***y available).

Meh. With all of the options on the table this offseason it'd be a real shame if we only came away with a player like this.
Was it you that posted the article about free agents and not over-projecting?
-
Top Dawg convinced me yesterday on Moore.
Plus everyone knows I like to draft players with cool names and dreadlocks and Denarius got them awesome locks with the blonde tips so yeah I am now really hoping we get him.
Plus, it'll piss off my little brother the Raiders fan when we play our Madden connected franchise next year and I get like 1400 yards receiving with Moore on the Panthers.
-
What's the deal with the Saints high-priced OG's? If they can't re-sign them because of this and their other problems, well that would be just fine.
-
Use your new power and get some stuff done for us. Get us some free agents haha
I'll make some phone calls

Panthers free agent update thread? I predict it won't see much action.
:sadness:

mmm. See the kind of bulbs we have on the tree here? Let them be blissfully happy their Dad got them a bag of dog poop for Christmas and they love it and think it's great? Is that what you want?
What if the bag of dog poop used to be good and has a chance to maybe be at least serviceable again and all the Turbo Man action figures have been sold out?

I don't know what all the hubbub is about. Until I know otherwise, I am going to assume that he signed a deal that allows us to release him in case he is just plain poo at the position at worst, and at best the coaches get to work with him to bring out his best over the next few months. I figure that G-man figures Other has a puncher's chance of being a solution at LT at best, or provide some depth at RT at worst.
I do believe that as a fan the smartest thing to do in regards to Oher is to hope for the best, be prepared for the worst, but expect somewhere in between.
There weren't many good options out there to begin with, so I always believed that our next LT would either be Remmers, or a draftee that will either start day one, or take over near mid season for Remmers or a free agent.
I think between the toe thing and Matsko's input, Gettleman figured he had a good chance at being at least a marginal upgrade.
I would also assume he's felt that way for at least a little while considering he notified Bell that we wouldn't be resigning him a few weeks ago.

what you see as hate i see as truth. open your eyes. Oher sucks bad. Very bad.
That's why nobody flagged you for spamming. You are entitled to your opinion and it's just as valuable as anybody else's opinion here (sans Igo).
Just be considerate and don't spam 8 pages of a thread with witty tweets from people across the country on how awful Michael Oher is.
If you want to say how much you hate the signing and how bad the guy is, try to at least make the thoughts your own.

Go to the archives and check out their available FA list (along with the deals they eventually signed) from years past for a good chuckle.
