    Leaves the thread.......

Considering Russell Wilson has pretty much OWNED the Panthers that would be interesting to see him. His record at BOA feels like he is 10-0 although I’m old and memory is foggy.

  2. It’s wild watching Panthers games with BY and then clicking over and watching games with other QB’s. It really is night and day. The throws and decisiveness you see from Dak, Love, Caleb Williams earlier, Carson Wentz and Rodgers in the early game. Every team has a starter and a backup that can make NFL throws, and we have a 165 pound midget that can’t throw deeper than five yards. Young is just completely in over his head.

  3. Bruh this is old news. I been doing this since BY was drafted. I only bet on the Panthers last year in Vegas with AD playing against LV and won a good bit of money. If you bet against Panthers you will win, guaranteed, 14 out of 17 times. There is no reason why you shouldn’t empty your 401k and bet $20,000/week against Carolina. And if you lose one week, double up next week because there is zero chance of back to back wins for this team.

  4. The real question is will the Panthers win a single game this year with BY starting?

I am VERY confident when I say no, they won’t. BY is the worst QB to ever start an NFL game and at this point our biggest concern should be that the only way he can possibly be starting at this point is that he has evidence that someone in the organization has CP on their computer, or something equally compromising.

That should be concerning to everyone and is legitimately the ONLY viable explanation at this point.

Tepper will be swimming in that tax payer money for his new stadium after consistently fielding terrible teams year after year and forcing decisions like picking Young like

Don’t blame him he ain’t on the field or coaching. This franchise is trash and any NFL team that doesn’t blow them out by 50 is a complete embarrassment.

Remember everyone felt they were overly conservative last year and then Dalton came in and threw for 300+ yards?

Yes I was at the Raider game. It was the only time since 2015 the Panthers looked like an NFL team. I could go find ten friends right now and kick the poo out of the Panthers 35-3.

    And I’m 42 years old.

In terms of enthusiasm at this exact juncture it's a 5 only because regular season football is back and we are 0-0 and there is the development of some key young players that I am very interested in seeing in regular season action. That brief high will probably be knocked down to 1 by October though.

I love the time between preseason and the start of the regular season where the Panthers are not a losing team. We only get it for a short period each season but it is truly a magical time.

I know most people here are sold on BY after those few decent games he had.

    I am not

This year he has weapons, he has an oline, he has a good play caller, so this really is make or break year imo

I’m sure as hell not. He needs to make MASSIVE strides this year.

Like bruh, getcha poo together. Once you leak texts between your wife and another man about how he was rearranging her IUD you absolutely cannot try to come crawling back. I'm suffering deep second hand embarrassment from even reading that poo. LOL

This is truth right here. My wife cheats on me and some crazy sex texts go public I’m gonna just sell my house take my half and try to quietly get the fug up on out of there as fast as my divorce lawyer will let me!

Not sure I'd want to be the "Ryan Mallett" of anything 😄

It’s certainly not my shining moment. But I still made it. Running the Sacramento marathon in December and hope to have a more Jake Delhomme-level of stardom there. The Everyman that overcomes obstacles to almost reach the pinnacle of success only to have it taken away by Adam Vinateri.

This. Both were dumb and disrespectful of the pre-draft process in different ways. You're going on job interviews for potentially massive multi-million dollar gigs. Don't go out and get hammered the night before and if they send you a sampling of the playbook put in some time to get to know it.

The first time I ran a half marathon I didn’t train and the marathon was on a Sunday morning. We always partied on Friday nights but I told myself not this time I need to be fresh. Well I partied anyway and didn’t sleep Friday night and spent Saturday hungover with a very stuffy nose. Rallied Sunday morning and finished the half in 2:35. Not my best showing. So today I learned I’m like the Ryan Mallett of marathon runners.

    Score.

serious question...does OG stand for old guy?

In incarcerated terms OG is Original Gangster, but is a euphemism and term of respect for Old Guys. So when you are locked up and a new guy comes in with his towel and bedroll into your unit that looks 40+ or so you say what’s up OG? It’s kind of a term of respect and acknowledging he is not a young blood.

This place didn’t use to be just a message board though, back in the day several huddlers would actually get together and tailgate at the games.  Several huddlers know each other through those and we all shared one passion, the Panthers.  Nothing else mattered.  That all changed in this new world we live in.

Met several people from here at the Super Bowl pre-party in SF before SB50. Roaring Riot basically started here as a fledgling little tailgate. I’m sure Jeremy is just busy with life and Lord knows I know that poo happens, but this place still rocks and I’m grateful to him for it.
