If I knew LaMelo was playing I probably would've paid more attention but I forgot. Just at a box score glance, it looks like the starters sans miller are doing alright, but the bench cant do a got damn thing. Obviously that doesn't tell the whole story, but I'll catch the lowlights on this one I think.

Miller got an ouchie on his back. He'll of course be out 2 months.  How on earth are we seemingly the only team to sustain injuries the last two years

Panthers wanna date everyone’s girlfriend and dangle a ring, but you can’t take our current girlfriend to the movies.

Tep is going to force staff on the new hire again smdh. Tabor is a good coach but he's also Teppers Mole he's got to go. No more brown nosers

I think it's very unlikely we hire a better coach than Vrabel. The only problem is it sounds like he kind of wanted out of Tennessee because they're totally tearing it down (which makes sense). What he would be working with here is also a complete and total rebuild. But it is kind of tough to find his landing spot now that NE is out of the question. I've heard Vegas but their players badly want AP.

Vrabel is Ron Rivera. Change my mind

Hiring a minority coach is literally the fulfillment of the rule.

Right but if it's an internal candidate from what I understand from the Vegas situation you still have to interview two outside minority candidates

we could of trotted out Cam Newton with a shot arm, pulled Greg Olsen from the booth on a bum foot and had Joe Brady calling plays.......and won more games than the 2024 team pulled off.

I mean, it's amazing how we keep getting worse and worse at so many different aspects.

Buffalo is on a heater since joe Brady took over the offense. He was never the problem here

  6. If the coach and gm aren't on board with Young they won't be hired unfortunately.  He's going to be the starter next year.  Biggest fear is he slightly improves. Then we're picking 6-10 next year.  Then he slightly improves again and we're picking 14-16. I think that's about his ceiling but then we stick with him again thinking he'll take the next step and will waste 4 years on a guy that's never going to win a super bowl. In am ideal world he's just as bad next year and we can pick #1 in the 2025 draft

It's not impossible. Joe Montana won the Super Bowl in 1989, and Brady went to the Super Bowl in 2007.

Meanwhile, according to Sports Illustrated, Bryce is ranked 5th worst in Adjusted Net Yards per Attempt (ANY/A) in the history of the NFL.

    Good job, Tepper!

Barf. I should have been the fuging gm. I cannot believe we screwed up a slam dunk, on a break away, on a 7 foot goal (that Bryce still probably couldn't dunk on.)

Flashback to Tepper coming back out of the shadows to flap his gums when he thought they were again outsmarting the NFL - "...this guy has the highest probability of winning Super Bowls..."

    Blech.

I think I'd be happy if stroud wins the super bowl this year.  The more things that make tepper look like a moron the better.  It's all I have to look forward to in terms of the panthers

Yeah, they're hammering the coastal areas. I sort of get raising those rates, not that much though, because of hurricanes and NC gets hit often. That said, places 2 or more hours inland(Pitt, Wayne, Lenoir counties, etc) shouldn't getting hit as hard as they are. If you notice the mountain counties that have low populations have the lower rates, those that are more of a destination place have higher rates even if they're not as high as the rest of the state.

Oh you mean where there is more money. That's their game not that the rates need to be raised at different amount (outside the coast which I get) but these areas have more money let's take it

They'll squeeze everything they can from us including our homes. That said, odds are the insurance companies will get around an average of a 20% increase. They wanted a 25% increase a couple of years ago and got 8%, so they're being greedy again.

Some areas on that list were 99%. Seas are going to rise and start swallowing us up. They act like if that happened that they would pay out anyway.   Apparently up in the mountains they only need 6%

Nah Arthur Blank can (effectively) pay as much as tepper can if he wants to. Theres no salary cap for coaches, but tepper isn’t going to pay someone so much that blank can’t match.

if tepper wants to do one thing to really piss off the other owners it’d be insanely inflating coaching salaries for the third time in five years.

My point is Blank won't have to match.  I'd really love that because it would piss Tepper off so fuging much to know he can't buy whatever he wants and that his behavior has consequences
