Yeah defense and offense cannot be decent at the same time it'd just not allowed.
-
That's game. That's how it is when your backup is also not a valid NFL player. College coaches. Arena football backups. Geez.
-
This is just a staff of college coaches. Time to start over.
-
Lol great defense
-
Special teams yay
-
Every single time we get a decent return there is a flag. This team is insane with the flags.
-
I think this team is cursed because of Sir Purr. It's time to get a new mascot or simply just fire Purr.
-
Lol these penalties. Team a joke.
-
Special teams is still terrible.
-
Fact is this defensive line is weak other than rushing passer and when that is locked down its worthless.
-
Lol 12 men. This team dude
-
3 dropped ints basically
-
Defense is so one dimensional
-
Anyone chuckle still when they say this defense is number 2?
-
Love dropping ints and watching Henderson give up yards
-
Ez 4th down for them.
-
Dang catch that geez
-
Henderson zzzzzzz
-
Too late to really mean anything other than Rhule just throwing someone under the bus.

You Don't Know What You Got Till It's Gone
Zaximus replied to Catsfan69's topic in Carolina Panthers
Rivera is an average coach that brings stability. That's it. John Fox is much the same. Ron was carried by all world talents like Cam and Luke. Also by McDermott. He coached like it was the 80s. Was bad at talent evaluation. He was one of the worst game day coaches I've seen. Terrible clock and time management. Rhule is like a worse Rivera. We need to move on from these type of coaches. -
Yeah I think he's done here. Basically got Smooted the last couple of games. He has talent but he can't bend he just breaks when he has bad games.
-
Would you be upset if Rhule left this week to go to LSU?

Best thing that could happen to this team honestly. -
His contract is bad, no one will take him unless we eat a lot of it. But maybe there is something to be worked out or a Watson trade. Anyway I agree. I felt this way last year. He's became that "amazing player but always hurt" role. If moving to WR for most plays can prevent some injuries it's worth it. But I don't know if that would help exactly, he may just be broken goods at this point. I'll never understand what we were thinking, extending a RB still on a rookie deal. No one is more sad than Rhule and staff they obviously planned on using him as a crutch this year.

I think the issue is we heard the same thing with Fox. Then Rivera. Now again. Zero back to back winning seasons. The fanbase is exhausted and there is little improvement from coaching. It's completely sensible to feel like that after years of mediocrity.
