Good start. 

Rivera was and is a mediocre coach that was carried by Cam and Luke.  Tell me when we had back to back winning seasons.   He was slightly better than Fox sometimes and slightly worse the rest of the time.  But I think we are destined to have these type of coaches it seems. 

I think I read he has some really bad mental illness going on as well as physical issues too.

I mostly meant the lack of judgement on those guys not so much developing them.  

Those that are worried about losing picks to fix the OL... do you really think we'll fix QB in fewer than those picks?  We didn't even draft one when we had a chance last draft.  This franchise has literally NEVER developed a QB.  This coaching staff doesn't know how and I don't trust them to.  They have failed twice on judgement on Teddy and Sam.  Watson is already developed and proven.  In my opinion, even though he costs picks, we'll save picks from the years of trying to find a QB (we're already two years in after trying Teddy/Sam).   

How many first round picks are spent on QBs that weren't worth it?  There is a chance we spend 3 anyway... or more, or a combination more trying to find a franchise QB in a league where you HAVE to have one.   The numbers aren't great on "finding a first round QB" that pans out.  Not to mention the possibility of giving a QB 3-5 years and it doesn't work out.

Watson without these issues is an obviously YES.  A young, proven elite QB, is worth 3 1sts.... easy.  With these legal issues.... obviously a bigger risk but probably worth it still to not be in QB purgatory every year.   

How many teams really nail their first round pick for a QB anyway?  The odds are low and they end up spending many anyway over years.  All the off field stuff aside Watson is a known top 5 QB that is young.  This franchise sucks at picking QBs so maybe getting a known star makes sense. 

Sam is just bad.  Bad decisions.  Right there just throw the ball out.  He doesn't. 

They will keep playing Sam because otherwise it's just admission their gamble didn't work out.  But we have seen enough I think.

Obviously it's a joke.  But we also drafted someone that can't catch to fill in for CMC where an entire offense is built around.  Nice try bud. 

We drafted Chuba knowing he can't catch for an offense that is built on CMC catching.  Because coach's wife liked him.  

Defense washed too. 

Sam is bad at decision making.  He won't pan out.  It's time to look forward.
