Let's also remember that Rhule 1st year was during a pandemic where he didn't get nearly the preperation and time normally given to new coaches.. No extra TC, Pre season or longer offseason.. Plus most of his team meetings and film sessions were done over the computer.. That's like buying a property and it being flooded for half the year before you can assets the damages to your original investment... I've bought semi that were lemons when I bought them but I made that investment and had to Atleast put work into them before making them a total loss.. It happens in all business.. But you never dump a investment with this much money to soon..

So you're good with throwing away 25 mil after 2 years on a 7 year investment.. He either knew it was going to be a process or he could have done just a 5 year deal .. Either way it's even more stupid to do this deal for that much money and give up after 2 years..

Vea didn't make a impact his 1st 2 season.. neither did Suh, McCoy , or Williams.. So temper your expectations based on position.. Most DT take time no matter how high you draft them.. And We have like 4 DT under the age 25 .. This doesn't seem like a need to add more it seem like a need to be patient and develop them..
