Ppl don’t realize the adjustment and learning period for new head coaches “normally “ can be a couple years.. how to run practice assembly a staff game time decision are all learning curb items.. That you won’t have to deal with when your coach has already went thru that.. not to mention the relationship and network they have with other experienced coaches they can bring in day 1 on staff..
