  1. Well I'm actually fine with the start. I can now turn this crap off and have the rest of the year to do something else on Sundays. We are sadly entering into a decade long malaise of being simply awful.

Lastly, Bryce Young sucks. He should never have been drafted and the only positive is we can erase this mistake in the next draft.

    #0-16 or bust

  2. On paper today, a C. A WR with all the tools, but not polished. A talented RB coming off of ACL repair. A pass catching TE with good not great speed and not a great blocker. Two in the box LBs that aren't great in coverage. A DT with average at best pass rushing skills. An undersized slot Corner. A lot of boxes checked, but it all depends on how good the scouting department is and how they develop. In 2 to 3 years, we will know if it's much better, the same or much worse than what we thought

Players that are remaining from Panthers original visits tracker.

So far every pick we have made has been a player visit. One of these guys will be selected at #157

Crumedy is not overpowering but he is a runstuffer. Would be a good pick for our 6th round if there. I'd get Washington next off that list but would also like The CB James from Auburn as well, though he didn't visit

  4. Taking the best player available sounds great until you line up with the WR we currently have and realize we have no gamebreakers and will score 10 points a game. Then you wade through a 3 win season and are back wanting a WR in the 2025 draft. No, I dont think we have to reach to get at least 1 playmaking WR in round 2.

  5. With all of our cuts, trades and losses in FA, we should easily have the #1 pick in the 2025 draft. That gives us an entire year to scout for the 2025 draft.

JK, we suck and I don't see a turnaround anytime soon. I dont remember my interest in this team being this low.

  6. Until Tepper makes a move that doesn't keep this franchise drafting in the top 5, any move he makes should be judged with a large amount of skepticism. Dan Morgan gets to prove that either he is a capable hire or just another yes man. Balls in his court. Let's see who the new HC is.

  7. When reviewing the draft picks, trades and FA signings, no one could say they see any difference between Scott making these decisions or a random poster on this site. Looking at the drafts under Scott and seeing how many of these guys are either starting or contributing show how bad he was.

Look I get it. Stroud and Young will be linked for the entirety of their careers. Stroud looks like the best rookie in a decade and Young has struggled in an offense devoid of talent.

A lot of people here like to say I’m coping with my defense of young. I, like most rational people, just refuse to grade him until the situation around him improves. It is fair to say that he’s been underwhelming and has not elevated the team around him like he should be expected to do as a #1 overall pick.

I would like us to move beyond the QBs for a moment. We took a WR in the 2nd round. The Texans took one in the 3rd. Just like Stroud vs Young, Mingo and Tank also appear as if we made the wrong decision there.

Tank was a highly productive WR in college and Mingo appears to be a jag. Fast forward to the NFL and Tank’s production is showing up again, while Mingo again looks like a jag. You can blame Young for this, you can blame Frank, but that’s just what it is.

I’m sure you can point out choices like this all over our roster. Fitt just simply hasn’t been able to build a roster that can compete with any consistency. Hopefully we move on from him in the offseason as well.

Can't be. When I told everyone that we needed to draft Stroud, no we can't because some ridiculous test he scored a 3 out of 40 and Bryce was brilliant. Then everyone saw the Stroud workout and we still drafted the wrong guy. Then I said don't draft Mingo. He isn't the AJ Brown Metcalf guy folks kept saying he was. He doesn't like contact and is just an average WR. Was told again no he's going to be dynamic. If I could see it, why didn't the Front Office? The GM to the scouts should all be fired

  9. He should look in the mirror. He's a huge part of the problem because he saddled us with a midget qb after taking him out for lunch, while the qb everyone said we should take he let go be great in Houston. That is a decade defining screw up.
