Perfect! or Cioppino! Sour dough bread. Take-out Chinese would also be really appropriate considering that Chinatown is such a big part of the whole San Fran vibe.
Bugles. Don't ever forget the bugles.

But man, that brace effing sucked.
Had a hard cast up to my knee due to a badly broken foot for 3 months in the middle of summer a few years back. Never been so miserable. Damn thing gave me claustrophobia.

The thing about fool's gold is that it's at least entertaining. For a while. It's been a while since we've had it like this.
We aren't anywhere yet. Still a lot of games left to play, Sunday meals to cook and outcomes yet to be determined. But for once, we're still truly in the hunt at this point and we're playing for a reason. If we can't do something in those circumstances it says a lot about us. If we can do something, especially with this murderer's row ahead of us.. then we may be onto something.
Always remember that fool's gold (iron pirate) is often found in areas where real gold will be. The two minerals emerge to the surface is near identical conditions and one can be a precursor to the other. So keep digging and panning. It's not like we had anything better to do!
I have to admit I was somewhat excited during the waning minutes of Sundays game. However being around since the beginning of the win, then lose seasons of the Panthers and having fallen to our new low of no winning seasons, I have to temper my expectations with a I don't gaf attitude. It has cost me too many disappointments and low Mondays in the past not to. I have wasted way too much time watching this abysmal cluster of crap pro sports team. BUT, I am willing to be persuaded. Beating a few bottom dwellers lower than us and an occasional fluke win over better teams isn't going to do it.

Walmart peanut butter on walmart saltines. An apple on the side. My lunch mimics the excitement level I have for the Panthers these days.

Still beats watching Russell Wilson throw the ball into the dirt as soon as a defender gets within five yards of him, same as it beats watching Bryce throw another three yard pass on 3rd and long.
Absolutely. As someone on here said earlier, exciting and bad beats boring and bad every day.

The relief of Giants fans to see Jameis starting this week over Russell Wilson is where we're at with Bryce. Hell, it's where most of us have been at for a long time now. Giants fans know that Winston is probably gonna throw three picks on Sunday but they'd rather see that than this paycheck cashing version of Russ who just doesn't want to take a hit.
I bet the OC is working his guys on their tackling skills this week.

I think the bigger betting gets, it will eventually come to an end.
Why do you think that ? I see the exact opposite long term outcome as more likely.

I'm good. Typically only bet 5-10 bucks and am up a couple thousand dollars since it became legal although I was basically even until I hit a few weeks in a row. It could definitely be very problematic if I didn't occasionally win and I have a cap each month how much I'm willing to spend. The problem is a vast majority of gamblers can't do that. Bro
yes. I dont know about the vast majority but I would guess a good percentage can not stop when they start losing- as all gamblers will eventually. Its just a matter of time. The odds are not in the gamblers favor. Just as debilitating as any other addiction.

I have mixed views on it. I know it was still going on behind the scenes prior to the big rise the last few years. I do think that it will eventually stomp out some of the corruption once regulations develop more and are enforced more. I think there is some shady poo still going on, especially in the NFL but I just don’t think anyone has been held accountable yet. I think in the next 3-5 years there will be a big bust in the NFL where there was collusion at high levels to influence the outcome of certain games/seasons. And when that happens there will be a lot of pissed off big money that will root a lot of the BS out.
So you are saying that you are willing to watch rigged games for several years or as long as it takes to weed out cheating or some of the cheating to get it back to the level of the " old days"? you think that the folks pulling the strings are going to happily weed themselves out ? That is what mixed views and the rest of your answer tells me, though I might be reading you wrong.

Haha this is the first thing I thought when Jaycee Horn fell for the second time.
yeah. I didn't watch the game live but when I listened in to the after game show on radio I thought the same thing.

Probably a typical Panthers season where the draft position is looking really nice and then we inexplicably pull a couple of late wins out of our ass to tank that and then we hear all about how we're "building winning culture" again.
Believe in the process.

How you guys liking it ? Still believe it wont ruin pro and big time college sports ? I don't. I think its much more widespread than we will ever know, that guys are throwing games across all sports. I realize it was going on before but the 2018 move ensured organized criminals can get away with making billions and your favorite athletes are on the take or liable to be.

Canales and BY are both detrimental to this team. There is no doubt. Except maybe for Teppers wife.
