It makes sense to fire Fit next Monday, find his replacement and ride out year 2 of BY with the current coaches. Let the new GM pick his new hc and qb if things go to poo next year.

Lol. I actually forgot there was a game today.

It can always get worse. This organization hasn't even hit rock bottom yet.

No thank you. He has no front office experience whatsoever outside of signing fat contracts in said office

Such a weird forum. We win one little game and all the sudden Bryce has a handful of new defenders.
No td's in how many games?

I think there is a chance that Tepper might want to keep Tabor around for at least next season as head coach.
Reasons being:
- He should be firing Fitterer. That means a new gm who should have a huge say in who the new head coach is going to be. After finding a new gm it is going to be late in the game to find any decent head coach candidates who haven't already committed to another team.
- Also- it is going to be a very difficult sell to find a head coach who is going to be willing to have Bryce Young forced on them as a starting qb for at least one more year.
- There are a LOT of head coach positions that are going to be open this year. The Panthers are one of the least desirable places to go
- we have very little draft capital for a new coach/gm combo to use this year to upgrade our team- less incentive for a decent head coach candidate to want to come here- better to wait till 2025 and see if young is a bust for sure

I appreciate the write up - as a suggestion could you link the previous write ups you did in every new write up as you go along for those of us who might miss one or two ?

the bar is just so low with some of you that this crap football gets celebrated.
I seriously wonder if any of these brycers watch ANY other NFL games. If they did they'd be backing off this ill informed stroking. Either that or they are just plain trolls.

But keep your beer glasses on bros. Think I will choose to recognize reality. At best young is a tiny mediocre skilled back up qb at best. May win a game or two here or there but not a franchise qb by any means. he will never be the game changer that a team needs to get to or win a super bowl.

That last drive was (dare I say) Cam-esque.
My ass. Cam would have run it into the end zone and done a backflip on the way.

Ron wouldn’t have pulled Rodney Pete until after the 3rd game, minimum.
With Ron, R. Pete would have probably played at least till the bye week. The guy always had a weird fetish about playing under performing vets when more capable guys were clearly sitting on the bench.

He just needs to hire people he trusts enough to leave them the fug alone and let them do their job.
He did that IMO with mat rhule. The problem is Tepper doesn't know enough about football to make the right decisions about major hires. Even JR with his extensive football knowledge , went with outside professional advice at times. It might not always work out, but it has a hell of a lot better chance of succeeding than wetting your finger, sticking it into the wind and adding in the sage advice of a wife who knows even less about it than you do.

I can't see either him or Luke staying around for this shitshow for another season.

I guess sooner or later we will hear from every ex Panthers qb about how to make bryce better. Except maybe from Jimmy Clausen.

I'm gonna be honest... That stat line and this still may be his best game so far.
Making plays on 3rd and long with his legs.
Chark has had 3 bounce off his damn chest.
Taking shots downfield.
Still no separation from the WRs.
That playcalling...
Now make of that what you will but I don't think he's been the problem today. He just hasn't been the solution either.

Of course I got an AU "mystery" Bumpboxx.

i read this last night about a minute after it was posted and didn't want to comment on something I had no idea about. Glad I'm not the only one. So a bumpbox is different than a boom box?
