    People keep calling Tepper a knee jerk owner but he’s really not. He makes a decision and gives it a chance. His decision making is just cheeks and this team will look identical next year

    The panthers are going to look like this for the next several years. Gonna have to wait for a new GM/HC/QB combo to see any change and even then Tepper is still in charge so it’ll prob be more of the same for the next decade
