    Everyone is talking about the player personel from each year. Nobody is talking about the coaching or scheme differences. I think Phil Snow makes this defense better. Prime Luke Kuechly makes any defense tough to top but the right scheme and coaching helps

    No team is giving up an established good kicker or LT. If they were I promise you Fitterer would have already gotten one. Teams don't do that. As we've seen its impossible to find a good kicker if you don't have one.

    My favorite thing about his pressers is he always puts mistakes on himself first then his coaches and then his players. I love that about him. He doesn't just blame players for mistakes and say it is what it is

    Maybe he's a rookie and its only been 2 games. Idk just a thought. Its also nice that we have options and can spread the ball around evenly
