AT was around 7 million of space, that's still awful low for what's on the field.

Do they have any more talent than, dbrwon, horn, hunt and maybe lewis or Motown??.....I hate to include motown cause of age.

Besides what can 14.5 (that you need to roll over next year) can buy in FA? Nothing at best.

Ultra poor mange skill, the weakest in the NFL with that amount given to one of the least talented teams.

also 30 mil in dead cap for 2025

By all indications, the surgery was "minor." I know with all surgeries and especially back surgery there can be complications, but I think the whole time Tremble did this with the expectation he would be able to be back for Week 1

It sounds like he will be ready to start back in team drills next week.

He's a veteran who knows the system so I'm sure that helps.

I still can't imagine he will play a normal workload early on though

going from no live contact to full contact in within two and half weeks until week 1 is asking for another injury especially if his main role is to block 250+ pound defenders

on the other hand, he would also needs reps with Bryce to get timing down as a receiver

he would be on snap count restrictions like you mentioned but there's no point of putting him on the active 53 to play 10-15 ineffective snaps

I think it be smarter to start him on the PUP list to start the season to have more time to ramp his workload up

I get that PFF isn't the end all be all but at least it's an apples vs. apples comparison...

Moehrig looks like he's elite in the box and a better blitzer but is an even bigger liability in coverage. Meanwhile, Chinn is on a 2 year $16.3M contract while Moehrig is on a 3 year $51M contract. We just keep falling in love with safeties from the '80s and '90s era of football.

Chinn's best role was covering TE/RB's and providing support in run defense

instead they had him covering slot receivers

Maybe the entire issue is……all the Fitterer era folks shouldn’t still be running the show.  Which they are.

Fit was just Tepper's yes man and fall guy

but its hard to build a good roster when you trade away all those first and second round picks/DJ Moore for Bryce and then use the remaining draft picks on TMJ, Mingo, DJ johnson, Matt Corral

Norman did play though.  He was super bad early in his career

Norman got put in the dog house cause he had a tendency to go rogue and took too many unnecessary risks early in his career (2013 bills game)

once he bought into the system, everything clicked

You could argue it's smarter to start Corbett on opening day, because Mays will have to relieve him at some point.  If you start Mays, and then he gets hurt, Corbett could very well come in and leave on a stretcher the same week in relief.

At least if you get Corbett's availability out of the way first, it becomes a known variable.  And Mays is rested and ready to finish the campaign.

this is true and hilarious at the same time

Not sure how this unit got so bad.  Do we have the same coach?

sam Franklin, lonnie johnson, feliepe franks, amare barno

all these guys were special teamers that are no longer on team
