    So wunderground now says 5-8" for LKN plus another 1"-3" tomorrow. That would be a surprise snowstorm of epic proportions. I just can't see how that is viable. I think something is broken down at wunderground HQ Where are our amateur meteorolohggistses?

    For the last storm w.com was saying nothing and wunderground was up to a foot just a day or so before. Came in in between although some spots in CLT got close to a foot w.com has apparently stopped trying to predict anything

    Yeah I think we got more today than yesterday. I think it will be 4" Snow followed <1" Ice followed by 4-5" snow. Still coming down

    Weather channel says snow rate of 2 inches per half hour for Lake Norman before the snow ends.

    It sounds like an extremely heavy downpour here but it is pure sleet

    It is pouring sleet now.

    The weather sites are starting to agree a little. Still anywhere from 4-12" and ice from nothing to significant.
