They just lost to Stoke in the third game of the season. Anything and everything is still possible. I like how much parity is shaping up so far for the league.

So, am I a bad person for actually liking Kompany? Every time I see him play, he seems to be a clean and hard working player with good sense, unlike some defenders (*cough-Charlie Adam-cough*). My conundrum is is that he plays for Manshitty, and somehow that makes me feel.. dirty. I mean, it;s easy to hate on Toure, the guy is a brute player who tries to run through the other guys on the field, but I just can't help cheering on Kompany. I must be messed up....lol

I really hope it's a good showing for both sides. To put to rest any naysayers might have to say about our clubs. Your team took on two versions of the same redheaded kid. We had Mr. Inflexible the first time and Mr. Clueless the second. Poch seems to be neither of those guys, so I expect a much better showing against last year's top four. I'm cautiously optimistic this year - it's the safest bet to take right now. I also won't be disappointed if we beat you like a drum either, but you really can't fault me for that one, can you? We kind of owe ya two or three, lol.

Better lucky then good eh guys? That last goal was almost as off-sides as Ramses was. Southampton did look really good though. I think they may be a surprise this season. Almost everyone (including me) wrote them off with Poch and the multitude of players leaving this summer. Aguero's effort today was amazing at the end of the Manc game, but that RCB should be shot for not following up and cutting off his second kick. At the end of the day though, it's all about who wants it more, and obviously the guys who won the game for their team did so. Grats to all the winners this weekend!

Loving this start... unfortunately, didn't get the chance to watch anything but the highlights from the Spurs game, but we're rebroadcast on Tuesday at 1PM. Already have the DVR set up for it. The fact that Man U lost in part thanks to former Spurs Siggurdsen, makes for a terrific day indeed! I'll say it again, both sides won in that deal.
