We took out a huge business loan so we could buy a Blockbuster franchise.

I'm getting sick and tired of seeing Mingo Chark and TMJ underperform. Why not give ISM and some other some chances? They're 1-8 what would they have to lose? Do they just not care?
Is there just no point given Bryce /o line can't do well enough to get the ball to them?
This team would have Steve Smith still returning punts so Isaac Byrd could get more reps.

Honestly keeping Frank is our best bet. If he goes, you clean house. And if you clean house, who can you attract as a coach? We have the worst team in the league. We have no draft capital. And whoever it is HAS TO play Bryce. We have to roll with Frank and hope for the best until we at least have a first round pick again.

I just left the game, it was COLD, kicking a ball in that weather is like kicking concrete. There was NO WAY that FG was gonna work
Eddy doesn't make that kick on a 98 degree day in Denver with wind assistance. No disrespect, but we didn't sign him for 55+ yarders.

That 60 yard FG attempt BS call should end it for Frank. They have a nice long week for the interim to do some things.
Frank knows. That was the most, "fug it, I don't care," call I've ever seen. He knows he's toast.

I'm so glad we went for a 59 yarder. I'm not staying up late to watch THIS game go to overtime.

I've never gotten nauseous from watching a football game before. This is literally, and I mean literally sickening

As the title says, if any other quarterback had Young's stat line after 7 games, and played the way he did against the Colts today, would he still be starting the next game?

Yeah pretty much yet Cam could stay on the field on 4th and 1. How anyone looked at stroud and young and wanted young I have no idea. You can't know anything about football and come to that conclusion.
It seemed obvious to me. But I'm an idiot who knows nothing about football, so I thought my eyes must be deceiving me. The "experts" said it was close, or it's Bryce. But to me, I felt like I was in an Asch group conformity experiment. It just never even seemed close to me. Stroud's tape was so transparently, obviously and overwhelmingly better than Young's, that I just don't see how anyone on a professional level thought he was the better choice.

I'm just lol-ing at the monkey paw curse that this fan base put on itself.
All I heard the last few off-seasons when I was arguing to keep Darnold or even Baker, was people were tired of the re-tread QBs because everyone was tired of 7 and 8 win seasons.
Well you got your wishes bitches! We're YEARS away from sniffing 8 wins again.

Honestly, fire Reich.
I don't blame him, I know who the culprit is behind this dumpster fire. I want Reich off the payroll so he can start publicly airing Tepper's dirty laundry.

Well friends, all I can say is just tune this team out for the next 2 seasons and just hope Bryce can pull a pickles and lead us to our next Cam.
Can't even be mad at this team anymore with how pathetic they are
That's the thing. I can't even be upset. I was just cackling in the bar when Bryce threw Pick 6 #2. When you're not even mad, you're past denial, bargaining, acceptance, you've reached a stage of grieving I didn't even know was possible.

Stroud would not look any better behind this line with these receivers.
This is on Fitterer.
I disagree. Stroud has the fire. Everyone was saying the Falcons won. Stroud pulled out that W by sheer will. I don't see any fire, any urgency from Bryce.

I really enjoy the QB School, and I'm always glad when he uploads a new Bryce video. I think he's even handed, and he actually probably more than any other person has talked me down from the "Bryce is a Bust" ledge. Because he does a very good job illustrating and articulating how impossible Bryce's situation is on every play.
As someone who never played the sport at any level, it's verging on too technical for me, but he's a nice middle ground between the very superficial annotated highlight videos, and the really detailed analysis that I just frankly can't keep up with.
As for the Thielen bashing, he's fair, and frankly Ickey got dogged on lot worse than Adam did in that video.

I didn't see 1 second of this game. Please tell me this isn't the monkey paw type deal I need to agree to in order for us to win.

I didn't watch. That's why we won.
You're welcome

Our CB #1 is made of glass that's been soaking in dry ice. I kindly agree that Donte is at an extremely valuable intersection of performance and affordability for a rebuilding team. We can neither afford to get worse, nor more expensive in the secondary.

Decline or not, Adams is a certifiable #1. And could be for 2 to 3 more years. I have absolutely no objection for giving Bryce a genuine receiving threat. Then we can try to find or develop a new WR 1. But this whole, "Bryce has no weapons, and he's not producing, oh well, lol," plan doesn't seem sustainable.

Just goes to show how truly rare someone like Cam was. Someone who could play the way he did for as long as he did. I don't know that we'll ever see his like again.
...and we got no trophies to show for his time here.
Who’s your 2023 ‘Spirit’ Team

I ended up staying in the same hotel as the Jaguars this summer in Detroit. Spent 3 days seeing Trevor Lawrence around the lobby, working out in the same gym with Travis Etienne, riding in an elevator with Calvin Ridley, and talking with Deshea Townsend about Cadillacs. So I think it was a sign that Jacksonville is my spirit team this year.
