  1. I exercise every day, first thing in the morning, usually around 5:30 to 6:30 AM. Lifting one day, cardio the next. The cardio is either 5 miles on the elliptical or five miles running. When I say lifting I should clrify that it is Bowflex and dumbell stuff. I have no interest in "mass" or "maxing out" or whatever plateheads call it these days. I want to look decent and fit in to my trousers, and live long enough to see my future grandkids. Very attainable goals, I hope. The motivation comes from that goal. Also should mention, when you don't have a belly, teh sexaytime performance is most excellent. You don't need meds when you are in good shape. So there is that motivation too.
  2. Sorry to get back to you so late buddy. I got an early off from work yesterday and hung out with the kiddies. Here is the CD, it was at the register for impulse purchasers like me. http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/way-cool-the-best-of-the-80s-music-cd/3094935

  5. Final voting is open, vote for me!

  6. Evil? Nah. Weird, yes.

  7. ya im an evil motherfuger

  8. Same here. That is why I like the tinderbox. It's sad though that it can't be a more open conversation.

  9. Cat- it is easier to write down your thoughts than it is to confront someone face to face. You know, interwebz muscles. Even worse than beer muscles. IRL I rarely talk about religion this cereally. People get their feelings hurt.

  10. TBH, it is much easier to write down your thoughts. Makes it easier to organize. When you talk to someone face to face, things like emotions or the heat of the moment get in the way.

  11. I'm so envious. I have the hardest time expressing what I'm thinking and reading that post i felt like you were reading my mind.

  12. awwww - thank you - I'd buy your drink just for including me in your list.
