  1. Feleipe Franks CARTight End#84 Panthers signed TE Feleipe Franks, formerly of the Falcons. Franks logged 15 snaps offensively last year, but earned zero targets. He logged 283 special teams snaps and racked up nine special teams tackles, ranking second among Falcons players. He is likely to operate in a similar capacity on the Panthers this season.
  2. Nick Hampton CAROutside Linebacker#6 Panthers signed OLB Nick Hampton, formerly of the Rams. The former third-round pick spent the first three seasons of his career with the Rams. This will be his first time playing for a new team. Through three NFL seasons, he has five quarterback pressures and 10 solo tackles. Hampton, 25, will now try to carve out a role in Carolina.

  5. Rasheed Walker CARTackle Panthers LT Rasheed Walker β€œhas been accepted into a pretrial diversion program that will clear a January gun charge from his record.” Walker’s record will be cleared β€œif he avoids any additional arrests over the next six months.” Walker was arrested at LaGuardia Airport on January 23rd, 2026, because he reportedly lacked the required credentials to travel with the firearm. Walker evidently did not know he was committing a crime when he presented the firearm for inspection. He is licensed to carry it in the state of Wisconsin, which apparently led to Walker’s confusion.
  6. T.J Houshmandzadeh said he hit the gym at the combine and saw eight #Panthers employees working out Dan Morgan said: this is just what we do https://x.com/threesandtds24/status/2034630319744352457?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
  7. The front office continues to make intelligent decisions: If they would have cut Andy, Panthers would have saved $150K in cap space If they traded Andy, for anything even for a pick swap, Panthers save $2.1 in cap space we just received a '27 7th rounder and saved $2 million for a player we didn't need anymore
  8. A.J. Dillon CARRunning Back#29 Panthers signed AJ Dillon, formerly of the Eagles, to a one-year contract. Dillon missed all of the 2024 season while recovering from a neck injury he suffered late in the previous year. He returned in 2025 on a one-year deal with the Eagles. Dillon appeared in the first six games of the year but eventually fell off the game-day roster with Philly’s addition of Tank Bigsby. He finished the season with 12 carries for 60 yards. Dillon will be fighting for a roster spot in Carolina during training camp.
  9. The #Panthers are in really good shape 2027 draft-wise. Remember they have the enhanced pick from the Vikings (5th to 4th) and now an extra 7th. That can help them in 2026, too. https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/2034354999233245497?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
  10. Andy Dalton PHIQuarterback#14 Eagles acquired QB Andy Dalton from the Panthers in exchange for a seventh-round pick. It was previously reported that the Panthers were getting calls for Andy Dalton. The team then went out and signed Kenny Pickett, making it clear they were moving on from Dalton this offseason. Getting even a seventh-round pick in return for Dalton is mildly impressive for Panthers GM Dan Morgan. Dalton will now replace Tanner McKee as Jalen Hurts’ backup.

  12. the Panthers contract for LT Rasheed Walker is actually a 1 year - $4 million base deal heavily incentive-laden to get to the $10 million that was first reported hell of a move by Dan Morgan/Brandt Tillis https://x.com/joshnorris/status/2034272445255897388?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
