BRADLEY BOZEMANC, CAROLINA PANTHERS Panthers re-signed OL Bradley Bozeman to a three-year, $18 million contract. Among the NFL's best pass blocking centers, Bozeman will return to Carolina for a second season after beginning his career with four seasons in Baltimore. He performed well on a prove-it deal in 2022 and will be a foundational piece on the Panthers offensive line for the next few years at least. Pro Football Focus graded the Panthers offensive line as the tenth best pass-blocking unit in the NFL last season.

VONN BELLDB, CAROLINA PANTHERS Panthers signed S Vonn Bell, formerly of the Bengals. After spending the last three seasons in Cincinnati, Bell is now headed to the Panthers to help tighten up a pass defense that allowed the 10th-most passing yards last season (227.5) while ranking 29th in PFF coverage grades (54.2). While never being named to a Pro Bowl or All-Pro team, Bell has been one of the best safeties in the league against the run, and also totaled a career-high four interceptions last season.
