    Smart decision on both sides: if Panthers would have cut him they would have saved $3.25 million under the cap so instead they do this: Tuttle was set to make $6.5m in last year of his deal. He’s taken a pay cut to $3m, per league source. $500k in guaranteed money.

    Re: #Panthers DL movement/Shy Tuttle’s future. Carolina valued him on team and wanted to keep him. Tuttle was set to make $6.5m in last year of his deal. He’s taken a pay cut to $3m, per league source. $500k in guaranteed money. He can make the rest back w/ incentives.
