Bryce was 4 yards deep in the shotgun at Alabama.  He is seven yards deep in the league. Something is going on. He then drops back 3-4 more yards. I am beginning to think he is actually the problem. I don't think he can really see the field less than 7- 10 yards deep. That's why the meat of his game is between the numbers (mostly between the hashes). All of his 10 to 12 yard passes travel 20-25 yards in the air. He has to get a running start towards the original LOS in order to throw it deep. If they can't figure this out soon. It's going to go bust.

His actual play isn't that of a #1 overall. He is going to be a relatively decent QB. He just isn't a good fit here, with this roster. Everything that went on to get him here was a mistake that is going to hurt us for a while. Reich is not helping him. He, also hasn't helped himself. Imo, it is a combination of horrible coaching, a limited QB and asking an offensive line who is average to below average, to do too much. Bryce takes the snap almost 7 yards deep, then drops another 3-4 yards before he can operate. It is damn near impossible to hold blocks for someone who consistently drops that deep.

This is incompetence. This fanbase has very few expectations, so it won't matter.

The first school to partner with S2 was LSU, not long after Ally and Wylie were watching the 2014 draft and realized there was a need for a test to measure the skills and buzzwords they heard during the coverage, such as instincts, nose for the ball and ability to see the field.

This doesn't mean what you think it means. 

What has always bothered me, is that people disregarded the fact that Bryce had taken the damn test multiple times. Which studies have shown, increases test scores. 

So the new narrative is that the #1 overall needs the same supporting cast as a second round QB. The goalposts aren't even in Charlotte anymore.
