Not familiar with this Greg guy but I do wish him luck. Talking about football for 4 hours is a very difficult let me correct myself extremely difficult job to do. The folks that can talk for hours deserve to be paid tens of millions of dollars.  Screw doctors, teachers and first responders they don't get and appreciate how hard it is to talk ball for hours. Godspeed Tom and Greg. True heroes.

Greg seems like good dude, and I think any of us would take the money that pro football provides. That being said, the way some fans worship these guys is embarrassing and clownish. They're just ball players, man

Thats what scares me, this team isn't exactly talented or one player away.

The whole damn scouting staff should have been canned, their talent evaluations have not been inspiring lately.

It's baffling that they are still there. No reason to get hyped until they are gone

If there is little to no improvement this year, he won’t be a Panther next year. His first year was so bad that if he sucks again, we will be picking in the Top 3 in 2025. Honestly, that may be best case scenario for us because I really don’t think Bryce’s ceiling is that high.

Yeah, no offense to Bryce, but I wouldn’t mind him landing us the 2025 #1 overall

Wait he's coming off an ACL injury?

My goodness what a stupid pick for a low valued position smh. Is he even going to be the same runner before the ACL injury?

Jaycee is gonna have a new buddy to ride the stationary bike with

I don't know.  Tepper actually is aggressive and willing to change things and his approach up rapidly by traditional sports standards.  I know we are living life in the gutter but....you got to think, eventually, he has decent odds of lucking into something that works given he is willing to change so often and down different paths.

He still hasn’t learned to just get the fug out of the way and collect $. He wants to be the “big man on campus” so bad in Charlotte

The owner wasn't there last night, just a manager. The owner was there a couple months ago when he came in for a different sign lol. Neither time did he buy a drink or tip or anything, just interrupted their business then left

He probably expects free poo like a lot of rich people

At least he doesn’t crumble mentally and turn the ball over 3-4 times a game.  Darnold was mind broken after like week 4.  You can say a lot that’s not great with Young, but he hung in there and he didn’t throw many picks for a rookie.

They're basically the opposite of each other. One has the raw talent, abilities, and size. One has the mental fortitude.

For some reason a lot of people think that wearing sunglasses inside makes them look cool when everyone else is actually thinking "why is that idiot wearing sunglasses inside?"

Unfortunately, we gave up a LOT more than just this year's #1 overall. Is pointing out that the trade very likely made us substantially worse supposed to make me feel better? LOL

We’re about to see how much worse that trade was lol

it's not being positive just to be positive. it's looking for reasons to be positive because i hate feeling like crap about the team. until this iteration of the panthers proves otherwise, i choose to believe that they can figure out a way to not suck and actually be fun to watch again.

and superfan...lol. i'm just a guy that always tries to look for the good.

You need to respect other fan’s right to be pessimistic about this team too.

Last year before the season, you told me to “just leave and stop being a fan” because I told everyone the season was going to be terrible. And it was actually WORSE than I predicted.

The biggest knock on Cam was that Cam was such a superstar, once in a generation talent that the coaches leaned too heavily on him, that the rest of the team leaned too heavily on them, the management of the team just sat back and didn't build like they should have, and that in the end, no matter how much Cam believed he was that guy, one man can't win you a Super Bowl.

Cam took up most the oxygen in the room, always has, always will, he's just that big of a deal. And sometimes that's just how it works out. Marino had the same effect. Rodgers was always a threat of being that way. The game revolves around the QB, doubtless, but there has to be more to it than that.

We had other guys, certainly, like Luke and TD, Double Trouble and Jordan Gross. But it was the Cam show, make no bones about it. And we just never built it to be more than that.

Still no excuse not to draft better. Cam needed receivers the whole time
