NGL, we'd have QB solved if he is on the field and playing, but boy... we will be hurting for quite a few years. Thinking about the assets is one thing, but seeing them in type stings.

I wouldn't even worry about them driving up the price with fake offers. Fitt is very connected to other FOs and agents, I'm pretty sure he has a solid idea of what's going on. The issue is, I don't think Tepper cares. They've said he has wanted to put his mark on the team with his own guy since he got here, and I think he'll do anything to make that happen even if it goes against the advice of his FO. He's a fuging idiot.

He's terrible. He's played actual games and been unimpressive and there have been numerous reports that teammates have said he sucks. I would rather see if we can get Huntley from Baltimore, Re-sign Cam, and/or draft Willis.

I said Willis could potentially be Russell Wilson. Makes sense the Hawks made this deal after watching his combine, if they feel they can move up to get him. I really hope we take Willis now, but it just always feel like we're just a spot or two out of where we need to be the last couple of years.

While I dont love the extension, it is reasonable, and I honestly font get into all of the hand-wringing about the cap and contracts. Sulaiman is one of the best in the league at cap management. We'll make it work.

I still like Robby and believe he'll be back to 2021 form with better QB play. But, I don't like the contract as it stands and it appears there are plenty of guys in this draft that do what he does well.

For me, Willis is the only QB I consider in the 1st round. Howell in Corral later. But, I want no part of Pickett whatsoever.

I'm not projecting what Willis is or will be. But, he could POSSIBLY be in the mold of Russ or Lamar, and that would be just fine by me. I'm convinced there has only been and ever will be ONE singular Cam Newton in his prime. So I won't ever think any player is going to come in and be him. Also, I have accepted Cam will never be that guy again, but he can still be damn good. Real good. If only for a few starts a season... and that's fine. But, he should finish his career here, and I think he wouldn't mind taking the mentor role while still contributing where he can and then move to a backup if we go that route.
