The Panthers fanbase comes from two entire states. The NFL views the Falcons fanbase as the Atlanta metro area, which as Floppin typed, dwarfs the Charlotte metro area. So yes, the actual city proper of Charlotte is bigger than the city proper of Atlanta ... but that's not what the NFL cares about. The Panthers won't move, but they easily could. The NFL doesn't need them there.

The NBA contracts these past couple days are out of control.

I have a 5 yo. Anytime there's a balloon in the house I run. I do NOT want to play Keepy Uppy lol. That said, Bluey is a fantastic show for all ages, not just kids.

If I was a shark, I'd be grossed out by humans. Sure, I'd love the scent (?) of blood in the water and all ... but jesus, when I get close to the shore and there are dozens and dozens of humans in the water ... with their nasty cologne, sun tan lotion, dirt, oil, pee, sweat, etc., I'd turn fin and be like ... aw hell naw.

I had the game on from like the 5th inning on. But on mute. I was in the YouTube rabbit hole instead on my laptop. Finally stop, and unmute at the start of the bottom of the ninth. Announcers were all Will history be made!?!? I was like uhhhh ... is something going on?

That's pretty cool. Normally just 8 teams (Champions league winners + host nation's team champ), this time will be 32 teams. On our end it'll be Seattle Sounders and I guess whoever wins the US open. But that means US crowds will get to see a slew of UEFA teams and CONCOBOL teams plus another MLS team or two. Looks likein the same stadiums as the future US hosted World Cup. Fans of Chelsea, Man City, Real Madrid, etc. will get to see the full teams I'd imagine, instead of half squads from the Friendly matches.
