But but we scored points against the Eagles and Chiefs guys. Remember that. He's the future!

Just popping in to wonder why some of you are so surprised we'll probably lose. We beat the Raiders, the Saints, and the Giants lol. Neat ... we played above our pay grade with the Chiefs and Eagles but still lost. What is it with third rate Charlotte and mediocrity? Hornets fans happy to get that last Playoff spot every single year. Now Panthers fans super happy with an AVERAGE qb who could get us 7 or 8 wins a season during the rest of his caree here. Some of you are actually fine with this? Boggles my mind.
Guys, we're no different than Arizona, Tennessee, Vegas, Chicago, NYG, the Jets, the Jags, etc.
But hey, any given Sunday right?

I joked that the Huddle is the Battered Wives Club. The Bryce stans are literally happy with 7 wins a season as long as he "plays ok" and there's always someone other than him to blame lol. Jesus, a month ago 99% of the board was ready to see him go, now 75% of that bunch are fine with him. Mediocrity fan base of a mediocrity franchise in a city famous for mediocrity. Also, Bryce's slight success has brought out like a dozen+ stans who haven't posted in months lol.

Another fun read, Battered Wives Club!

It also isn't fair to put Alabama in because they play "harder teams". It's not SMU's fault they play in the ACC. Same with Boise St. They'll never be able to match the same sort of possible schedule as Bama by playing in the MWC.

He's not like those other coaches. He already has experience with the NFL. He comes in with respect something those other coaches couldn't bring.
Do you call any other HC who leaves their job for a better opportunity dirty?
Did you call Harbaugh dirty?
Deion isn't the first HC to leave a school or NFL franchise he won't be the last. He owes Colorado nothing just like he owed Jackson St. nothing. Successful people get better job opportunities.
The Raiders are a much better brand than Colorado.
Dirty is saying you're in Jackson, Mississippi to build a program up, get some stars recruited, win ... then up and leave AND take your stars with you. Dirty is saying you're in it for the longhaul at Colorado, recruit stars and future stars ... then up and leave (if he does). That's dirty.
I've never said anything about Harbaugh so that's moot. I couldn't care less about the Harbaugh brothers.
Steve Spurrier, Nick Saban, Lou Holtz, Butch Davis, Greg Schiano, Dennis Erickson, Bobby Petrino, etc. You really think Deion is a better coach than these guys?

You said this when he left Jackson St.
He has proven everyone wrong every job he has took. So why keep doubting him. If he wins that's all that matters.
You don't get mentioned for both College and NFL jobs if you aren't actually good at your job. Deion has been proving doubters wrong for a while now. Just accept that he's actually damn good at his job.
In Prime We Trust!
I said he did JSU dirty, not that he can't coach college kids. Now he's going to do Colorado dirty and get his ass handed to him like SO many other college coaches who tried the NFL.

Looking forward to seeing Ashton Jeanty in a Panthers uniform. I'd love to see Dan pick him just for the outrage and the memes. But seriously what a player.
His stats are unreal. Barring injury he is going to make some NFL team very happy.

Haha I love the doubters
Bruh. This is the NFL. You really, honestly, truly believe Deion can just hop in and be a good coach? As for his son, the Raiders will only hurt his growth. I know you like to be trendy and cool, but at some point you have to admit that flash is just flash when it comes to Deion. His son needs a long-time coach, great QB coach, solid o-line, and a organization that is ran well.

It would be business as usual for the Raiders ... failure.

In a decade the new CFP is going to be a four team round robin lol.
-
It should be simple: Make your title game and win (in), lose (committee talks, but probably in). Don't make your title game (out). The Power 5 will be back so that could easily give you 10 of the 12 teams. So that leaves 2 spots a year per se. Do you give it to two smaller conference champs? Sounds perfect. Teams out will say, But But We're Ranked! To which you reply, too bad, you couldn't even make your title game. Fans would MUCH rather see a 1-2 loss Louisiana, Tulane, Marshall, UNLV, Bowling Green, etc. than a 3 loss Alabama. BUT ... big Media wants Bama so my entire post is moot.

Only one man can do something about that and keep Bama out….
Yours and everyone’s favorite coach…Dabo!!!! Clemson wins and they can keep Bama out
Clemson is in ok, but they'd much rather see Bama in over the losing SMU, SC or a Miami. I know it's about money, but there are a number of 2 loss teams that deserve it more than Bama does. It is what it is though. The CFP will never be like March Madness with its cinderallas and upsets. It'll always be SEC/Big 10 heavy with the other Power guys rounding it out plus one "other school" like Boise St every single damn year. But what really screws it up is Notre Dame. They don't play in a title game so they'll almost always have an "automatic bid" yearly with up to 2 losses. Stop being a fancy bitch and just go ACC football, you Irish dolts.

I don't understand this comparison - you couldn't name 2 more different players at the same position than Jameis and Young, and I don't mean that in terms of success or failure in a career. They have wildly different strengths and weaknesses (virtually opposite lol)
As in ability/success.

Don't worry, he'll be rooting for the Giants next season after they draft Shedeur. It's just too bad he'll be following them on this board lol.
