  1. I'll say this... Every draft season, it's someone who gets hype during the draft process, will it be some new flavor they fall in love with. If you can fire your coach in year 1(both franchises) you can clearly move on(like the jet) to another.  She was hot and David came back down the stairs but those dang shoulder pads on Nicole had her looking like a Disney female villain lol

Kinda confused why Evero was not made interim.  I bet he moves on quickly. So a new GM, DC, HC, etc will be our fate next year. A rebuild minus key picks yep.

I think bc if he was to lead this team to a strong finish and didn't get the job... itd look like Wilks all over again. It's proven that Tepper wants an offensive  mind. Putting Tabor in at hc doesn't change much if he finishes  strong.

That’s what confuses me. I’ve seen him throw bullets like that highlight of him sliding off that defender and throwing a dart to AT. I don’t know if he is trying to put too much touch or isn’t setting his feet, but his arm talent shouldn’t be a weakness. It was never advertised as elite, but should be capable…

His footwork definitely  needs work but he seems to lack the confidence  to drive it when needed too

Every coach would “prefer” a tall QB. Scouts were saying if Young was 6’2” he would be in Luck/Lawrence territory as a prospect. I like how Chris Simms put it. He said height is a skill. You prefer your guy to have it, but if they are better at other things it can offset it to a degree.

And arm talent is crucial with that...

Reich’s only QB he drafted was Sam Ehlinger at 6’1”. He inherited a bunch of good QBs that were tall but it’s not like he developed Manning, Rivers, or Ryan. He thought he could “fix” Wentz but failed. I don’t know where is QB guru label cam from.

That's true but just speaking on his preferences. Yes, he is definitely  not a guru. He has rode the Eagles Super Bowl run into  job security practically.

Reich is working with a QB he didn't want and that doesn't have what it takes to be a starting QB in the NFL.  I think Reich wants out of here as much as most of this board wants him gone.

The Frank loves taller Qbs cry all pre-draft and draft weren't whispers of insanity at all!!

No one on here cares that at she is a woman. It is the blind leading the blind. Two unqualified people who shouldn’t be anywhere near the decision making are and the team is worse for it.

Her sitting at a practice couldn't of went over well in some eyes. It is what it is and she is no talent evaluator! I feel you and somebody has to get her n David in check or this franchise is forever doomed at their helm.

  8. I think most of his moves have been with Tepper impatient  a.. in his ear. Not giving him n out but Tepper needs a bunch if this blame. I'm pretty sure he wanted Bryce to get a weapon to not make the decision  look as bad. Got to remember,  Tepper was saying how Bryce doesn't need elite wrs... by the trade deadline I know he was going in.

  9. One of the biggest things I see that I'm baffled at, is how lackadaisical  he is in his footwork after a snap. He literally  just nonchalantly  steps back. It's like he is using the steps to digest bc he can't see properly or he just needs  more urgency.  Yes, our oline is bad but he knows that and I see no fluid n fast movement for him to step back and step into a throw at all!!

The most needed firing is the Owner. Since that's not happening its irrelevant.

This... Scott has his blame but I'm 100 percent sure he begged him to go get Bryce!!   Listening  to him rant about how elite he is and not needing elite wrs... smh

He wasn't going to able to throw worth poo holding all that extra weight. Probably would have lost his balance when 15 lbs of water sloshed to 1 side in his gut when he turned.

Lol... listen.... this is funny and can't nobody deny it

  12. I'm starting to think Tepper asked Steve behind the scenes to hype up Bryce after that Pro day.  Tepper always going to Steve for info on players too makes me see he overstep Scott n crew. He has slipped up countless times saying "I" .... He is getting what he deserves. Stop meddling and having your wife be the Senior Executive in making decisions. Spent all that money to hire the All Star staff, only to tell them who to pick and what to do....
