At risk of collecting piles of poo, a stupid question--how well does Madden's AI account for actual playbook and coaching?

I ask because I've recently gotten around to playing '24 more (refuse to pay for it since it eventually comes with GamePass), and with Canales' playbook, the Bucs run a LOT of play action. Is that realistic? Is that what we can expect here as well? Given the draft investment in the RB position and Bryce's..."dimensions"...maybe so?

I swear the playbook from Madden 2010 is THE EXACT (or very very VERY close to) the same playbook for 23.

I didn't play any of the Maddens inbetween for the most part, and my son has been asking me to play with him a lot. 22 and 23 had almost identical playbooks to 10.

The Steelers have a ridiculously long line of talented but highly troubled WRs.

There is also Burress, Martavius Bryant,  and I suspect Thigpen will be a headache soon. Emmanuel Sanders if the only one of the bunch that wasn't a well known lunatic. It is as if the Steelers have a WR factory and they all have the same brain defects.

I meant to say Pickens here, not Thigpen.

Mike Tomlin puts up with plenty of stuff.

but Mike Tomlin's track record of getting rid of WRs.....is bad news for us.  Wallace, Brown, Holmes, Juju, Chase... Tomlin has almost an uncanny timing to date with that.

We have literally next to nothing invested in him. If he becomes a problem this year just don't re-sign him.

We’ll, to be fair, there were a lot of people at the time who didn’t think there was a first round prospect in the class.

crazy how bad he is now that he doesn't have a horseshoe up his ass were he just chucks it 50 yards down the field in double coverage and his receivers bails him out

also not having Beastmode and LOB making it easier for him anymore

I had never been so upset over a game that didn't involve the Panthers.

I remember its was Seahawks vs Packers and somehow those fools where down like 21 with only like 2 mins left.

They scored, then got the onsides. I was like "no way....this is NOT going to happen".

Then the Packers fumbled (or something) and they had the ball on Green Bays 10 or so. I remember Russ running backwards, not looking, throwing the ball up in the air as a wounded effing duck and then that goofy white boy TE Willson miraculously catches it and scores.

MAAAANNNNN I was annoyed with that outcome lol.

One of our last elite players. Only a matter of time before the fanbase turns on him when he's up to get paid.

I don’t think that will happen with Brown. He is one of the best interior distruptors in the NFL. He deserves to be paid as such.

Brown is not only elite, but seems to truly care.

Remember when he roughed up slantboy in the locker rooms hallway after the game?

  7. This organization could eff up a wet dream, and they did with Burns.

My god that situation makes my stomach churn.

I can think of so many other stupid situations where the Panthers got NOTHING, paid too much, or got completely hosed.

I cannot think of a single time the Panthers have made a good choice for resignings.
