Honestly, when I watched Ted Lasso the first time and the owner revealed her motivations for hiring a goody 3rd rate college championship coach, I immediately felt like I was hearing the Panthers and Tepper story.

My mind jogged why Tepper would have some petty beef with Richardson, and my first thought was Tepper having a niece that was an employee on staff and participated in jeans Friday.
