  1. AD Mitchell was right there, and he also played with Brooks and Sanders in college so added transition to NFL support. Mitchell fell in the draft due to "personality issues" but has looked very good in preseason for the Colts and just has the pop you want in a WR out there in his preseason highlights.

I wasn't a fan pf Legette before the draft, but was pulling for the kid after the draft because of his likability, but he looks pretty bad and very clearly not a WR1, which is not what you want from a first round pick.

Would you turn down a Peppers clone for a WR1?

WR1's in the top 10 have had more impact lately than the pass rushers in the top 10. I also said rare circumstances like Nick Bosa. Would you take Ja'marr Chase or Aidan Hutchinson? Travon Walker or Drake London/Garrett Wilson? Both easy choices for me. Game has became a offensive talent league

  3. I'm tired of weak arm quarterbacks. Allar or Beck for me.

Recently the top of the draft has proven that except in very rare circumstances like Nick Bosa or Sauce Gardner, the pick needs to be a QB or a someone who can be an elite WR1. None of the other positions matter or hold as near as much weight compared to QB or WR1

I talked to him a few times during OTAs. He was overwhelmed and told me about it.  Fox had little to do with that draft (he was a lame duck, if you recall) and Hurney did not get his input.  I literally heard Fox put down Clausen while talking to another coach (in Spartanburg later). At that time, he saw Armanti drop a punt from the jugs machine.  He just started shaking his head, walking away.  Nice guy--no better.

He was probably overwhelmed because he was playing a position he never played before in the highest level right off the bat

He was given no leeway to learn the position either

Still maintain we should have just played him at QB once Clausen started sucking. He at least would have made plays and been a little exciting which is something Clausen couldn't do

  5. Despite what you guys think the team isn't married to Bryce longer than this year. If they are picking top 5, they will pick a QB, unless they can swing a deal for Prescott or Hurts before the draft. Canales literally cannot be fired this year because Tepper can't fire three head coaches in a row, so this is a building year and make-or-break year for Bryce.

There's also recent precedent of teams giving up on their QB very quickly - Pickett, Wilson, Lance, Fields, Mac Jones, Ridder - so Tepper won't look bad ejecting Bryce after this year unless Bryce wins 8 or 9 games with noticeable improvement

  6. If Bryce doesn't play this preseason and then looks bad at the start of the regular season I'm already out on the coaching staff and now Tepper is 0 for 3 in 5 years

However this could be the grand scheme to get the #1 pick and start over again. If they know Bryce is not it in training camp, then they are screwed regardless

  7. Yeah I wanted Ladd or AD over Legette, and that hasn't changed. This team just cannot draft WR talent. Bill Belichick loved Legette, that's all you have to know about this situation.

I am pulling for the kid but do not have high hopes whatsoever. Bryce needs WRs that can separate, and XL has never been able to

  8. I think they rushed when they needed to take 4-5 years after Endgame and plan out what to do next. They planned it all that summer. That's what money will do unfortunately.

Its fine, the MCU from Iron Man to Endgame was extremely good and thats a good set of movies to always revisit (besides Thor Dark World - ew)

The new MCU is just too much multiverse content, which cheapens emotions because now you don't really care what happens to the characters. They are brought back almost immediately if they die. IMO they should have skipped the multiverse stuff entirely, or just kept it contained in the Loki series and tie it in a bow that way.

  9. If was a billionaire owner, I'd have a player development coach for every single player throughout the entire year. Just to work on fundamentals and body training. "Too many voices in the ear" these coaches would only work on fundamentals and would directly report to the position coach. I always found it kind of odd that the team leaves the players alone for half the year, I know there's player's association rules but you'd think they'd come to a compromise on that
