Sign the best FA lineman available and invest heavily in the draft. Spend our 1st rnd pick on the best o-lineman available as long as it isn't RT. Also re-evaluate our coaches and scheme. Hopefully with Morgan aboard we'll make better decisions with our free agent signings. Fwiw we have 10 in dead cap by cutting Irving and Eflein but save 9 million in salary . So that's a +/- of 1 million. No reason we can spend again this upcoming FA period. We just need to get it right.

So far so good.... * I like the fact he he's coached almost every position group and really has a feel for the team and what areas we need to improve * Seems to have a eye for talent along with Fitts * Has a vision for consistent sustained success aka "the process " * Relates well to the players and they seem to be buying in HOWEVER he will not get my official stamp of approval until he has back to back winning seasons.
