  1. Nothing just people sticking to their beliefs. The Vegas odds updated IN Carolina’s favor
  2. Hmm the Saints odds dropped further than the Panthers compared to the updated one 9 hours ago
  3. Fair but the fact we are meeting is a positive. (Or negative depending what side you fall on with Deshaun)
  4. Here is something I learned that goes on behind the scenes. He has to waive it to each team he wants to meet with…but it is technically “officially waived” when he agrees to the trade.
  5. Again this isn’t free agency the Saints have to offer Houston something in return to which Houston will accept so I really don’t see much compared to our offer
  6. I know the Bucs are also in on it. Seattle is the only Non-South team in the NFC that’s contesting. The Browns are making the lead push in the AFC.
  7. This is what complicates things. Houston has to look out for its own interest too, not just Deshaun. It’s weird how a trade is being painted as straight up free agent because it’s not. (By the media that is)
  8. https://www.profootballnetwork.com/sources-deshaun-watson-trade-market-expanding-rapidly-since-game-changer-legal-ruling-here-are-the-most-aggressive-suitors-for-franchise-quarterback/
  9. There’s conflicting reports but Aaron Wilson, the Texans Joe Person, said Watson did not want Philly. Rumor is Watson said no to any NFC East team but what it really is no one likes Howie Roseman.
  10. So I’m gonna throw this curveball out there which I think Ellis touched on. If I recall wasn’t one of Deshaun’s issues the fact that Cal McNair promised him a say in the new coach for 2021 and he had no say? Say we get Watson and Rhule is fired, could that be a selling point?
  11. You don’t have to believe me but there is some contractual obligations with the “no trade clause” that have to be signed off on even before teams meet with Watson like he wants to. so paperwork and what not. Which I honestly believe he told Philly “no” straight up which is why “they are no longer interested”
  12. Honestly any cap relief is probably more valuable than the pick.
  13. Remember that time that Kanye performed at Mercedes Benz and then squatted inside the stadium for an extended period of time lol
  14. Florio keeps harping back to November but forgets that it’s because Miami was goal #1 but now there is no Miami.
  15. I get what Ellis is saying but that applies to everyone and it’s crazy how things can change…I’ve heard this was close to getting done in July then the criminal stuff came out…then the Miami thing…then Miami was stupid…so now this is the first time there’s been a clean(ish) slate for the Panthers to try.
  16. End all be all neither Seattle nor Carolina are in a situation like say Denver. Seattle is getting the benefit of the doubt for being a good team this past decade.
  17. Seattle has picks that’s about it. People on here have knocked Fitterer from coming from a “horrible roster” in Seattle then turn around and say Seattle has a decent roster.
  18. Ryan is now 55 million against the cap in 2023. Matt Ryan can buy all the braided belts he wants.
  19. Daniel Jeremiah was saying that all yesterday even during the Grand Jury so he knows as much as we do. Seattle will make a push but Panthers don’t want to be left out.
