I don't agree. Olsen looked like a noticably quicker prospect with the same size. Olsen would go top 5 in this draft would be my guess vs 31st. He ran a 4.55 and Warren looks 4.7+ (or 4.6ish if his school did it at his proday). There is a reason he didn't work out at the combine or his proday and it's obvious. He is a solid but not great TE prospect. He only has room to lose by showing his real numbers.

I didn't even know that about Warren. Count me out on guys who are scared to workout because they know their metrics won't look good.

So he's thinking/hearing that T-Mac could go before Jeanty, who is all but assured to go in the Top 10, but so many here are so sure that he's not worth taking at 8 if he's there when we're up, ya'll be crazy.

This is looking like more specifically a jaguars thing. They want to get Lawrence more help and don't need a running back. Some teams don't even have tet top 15-20

Yeah that's kind of where I was going.  Our board may be 1A Walker 1B Mykel ahead of Graham.  Don't think it's necessarily a good thing, but he could slip to SF.

And not to mention, we have a lot invested in the group of Brown, Robinson, Wharton & Brown II for our 3 DL spots.  Not that those guys should be predicating a draft move (they're not world beaters).

Really think they're weighing LB on our board.

Don't get me wrong, the guy is talented. But like you said we just signed a bunch a DTs so they probably don't see it as a huge need now. And if it's true walker might go before 8 then Graham might be the safest option. Williams injuries worry me a lil bit, not gonna lie. I just hope what we saw from graham translates to the pros.

There’s been some Vegas odds shift for Tet and Jags at 5 is picking up.

Mcshay released a new vid this morning and said the same thing. Also pretty much said dont expect a trade up for shedeur in the top 10 atleast. Gonna have to pick somebody at 8.

I'm not as down on XL as many of you are.  He got open alot and showed toughness.  He deserves another season before writing him off

Most fans are just upset because they think XL made bryce look bad. Thats what it comes down too. If that was any other qb out there throwing balls and getting dropped by XL the energy wouldn't be as bad. XL performed pretty well for a guy picked at the bottom of the first round or second if there was no trade up. There should be no reason for fans writing him off after one year. Everybody knew the guy was a work in progress coming in so the anger is really about something else. If you read between the lines that what it is

Mcshay and other analysts are speculating the Saints could just pick BPA, roll with rattler, clear some cap space next off season and go for a qb in the next draft where there are some very talented dudes that potentially could come out.  In short, Arch in new orleans with a rebuilt roster and with cap space would be a problem.  I guess we will see what happens in a week

Thats actually the smart thing to do, but of course a lot of people are just gonna assume every other team is gonna do the stupid thing instead of the smart thing except for us.

  7. Maybe because it was historically the worst defense ever and the offense made strides second half the season. The defense couldn't stop a nose bleed and was the scapegoat for a lot of losses. The Panthers atleast have an identity on offense to run the ball, and they were able to do that on some of the best teams in the league. They cannot however stop the run, rush the passer or defend the pass consistently because they can't pressure the QB enough. Hell, they had to start practice squad players a lot of games. Only 2 stand out players on defense and one of them is coming back from a season long injury. If they decided to go defense the entire draft nobody should even have a problem with it.

Idk man for a long time there were people who gave Burns the benefit of the doubt. I think really it's about learning and adapting going forward. We already can't draft worth a damn. If we're targeting pass rushers we need to reconsider past approaches and try something different so we don't keep ending up in the same conundrum.

Well That was a very small number and i was one of them.

Walker- Has the intangibles, demeanor, and potential. Only negs are no big time #’s and size, but it’s not like he’s a hobbit.

Edges out Warren for me. Position value not there.

They already have a tight end they invested in and need to develop. If Warren isn't gonna Come in and be a 1k yard number 1 option I don't see the value either.
