I would take some of what Josina tweets out with a grain of salt.
I see that Evero has interviewed with the Falcons and just read Thomas Brown is interviewing with the Bears. I wonder who the "They" is in the statement she put out. And I say statement because it has no reference to sources unnamed or otherwise.

Tepper needs a Matt Foley level intervention first then I think the other areas fall into place

The smartest people in the room don't go around telling people how smart they are or keep trying to prove it. My step son in my second marriage had ADHD and thought he was smarter than everyone else. He would always tell people how smart he was and that he knew a better way to do things. Sounds a lot like Tepper.
Old CYA Proverb:
Never assume you are the smartest person in the room. You may occasionally, or maybe even frequently be pleasantly surprised but you will never, ever be embarrassed or disappointed because of this stance.

Now it's being realized that Tepper is a football moron
The problem is that this fact is not being realized by Tepper. Unfortunately we have a football moron owner who believes he is a football genius. Its ok to be a football moron owner if you realize this fact and hire people that are not. Then just stay out of their way and let them do their jobs.

Pretty much.
Also don't doubt he'd say stuff that was pure bullsh-t if he thought it'd make him look better.
Since he bought the team, the Panthers are undefeated in the playoffs.
I think he should run with that one.

They miss the playoffs. Every year…

Have been away and not following any news happenings. This sounds like an article from The Onion.
Too bad they don’t put this much thought and creativity into content.

That dude is done and he might as well just move his personal affects out of his office now.
They know the writing is on the wall. Somehow I think the personal items at BOA for all coaching staff members are sparse. Exception may be Evero but who knows.

Ironic thing is in his mind he probably thinks he is doing well despite wins and losses. Paid 2.2 billion and now franchise is worth over 4. Ran the franchise into the ground and still almost doubled his money. Not sure how much money he still owes is fired coaches but he is still sitting pretty.

Why do I get this feeling that David Tepper will still find a way to screw this up?
Tradition.

I think there are several things working against Bryce Young at this point and need to be cleaned up. Perhaps the biggest is Bryce Young.
I pull for him and want him to get better because he is the QB on my team but I'm not blind to what we've witnessed thus far. Not saying he is a total lost cause (yet) but he needs a lot (I mean a lot) of work if he wants any sort of future in the league. Not going into the argument of where he was drafted as it really makes no difference cause he is here already.

If Ryan Leaf is shaking his head and saying “damn, what a mess” you know it has to be bad.

I follow the team and pull for the team no matter what. I hope they dont suck and if they do suck well, that is just how it goes and it sucks for me.
I don't have a monetary investment though. If I were a PSL owner my disappointment would be replaced with rage cause this team is a complete shiit show right now.

An oldie but a goodie.
Carolina Possums. They play dead at home and get killed on the road.

Icky never had a chance to succeed at LT in this system. He is a power run blocker being asked to be a finesse pass blocker.
One of 2 things need to happen - 1) ditch the system for a more run balanced, play action system; 2) move Icky to guard.
yes to this. Ickey looked like he was going to work out fine last year. This year he is a mess. Has looked confused and constantly a step or two behind. Move him inside if he cant play the position. I know that is a huge disappointment and you are still looking for a franchise left tackle but your QB's hospital bills will be substantially lower going forward.

Panthers have been observed climbing trees with a full grown deer in their mouth. Basically climbing a tree with its body weight or more clinched in its teeth. Both impressive and damn scary.

. Once awarded a new team, choose a mascot other than a black cat.
The blue and orange cat doesn’t work either. I’d scratch that one off the list also.

Think this is a very poor and at best very naive take on Ben Johnson. Nobody will take a job for less than their market value just because. Asking for what he thinks he will get doesn’t mean you’re not passionate about it. Also, saying Ben would accept half from other teams is just something he made up, he has no idea. He seems really bothered by the $15 million, and there is very little substance in his argument. This shouldn’t move the needle in any direction on how you feel about Ben as a potential HC.
Yes. Whether you are an NFL HC or the slushy machine operator at the 7-11 you want to earn as much as possible. If Johnson wants a premium here because of added risk factors such as Tepper BS then so be it. I don't think any of this is substantiated but one would want to mitigate risk with something and if that is with $$$ who am I or this guy to say it is wrong. If someone is willing to pay you X amount you are "worth" X amount. Whether or not that turns into an equitable exchange is a risk the buyer has to absorb (see Miles Sanders).
When Tepper hires a coach I don't care if he pays him 30 mill. It is not part of the cap and is not my concern. I just don't want another trash coach. So far the best coach under the Tepper regime is the one he didn't have a hand in hiring.

There's zero chance an owner in not involved with a coach being hired.
Rational and agree. Owner should be looking big picture And have some detailed set criteria and sign off but he shouldn’t be the only guy making the decision. Need football guys making sure the coach checks all the football boxes.

I mean it in a sense that we have no idea where we are gonna be by February and it’s gonna be twists and turn city here.
One can only hope Bryce is in the weight room and Fitt is at the Uhaul store

It’s the best game I’ve seen from a Panthers QB since 2018.
I have never been compelled to rewatch a Panther loss but I am very tempted. Smokin my Christmas butt and brisket tonight so I think the stars are aligned just right.

The fact that we are actually bitching about the refs instead of players coaches and the POS owner is incredibly inspirational.

This offense looks night and day different with Brown actually running it though. There is so much pre snap motion, RPOs, PA passes, and allowing Bryce out into space the past few games - none of that was showing up earlier in the year.
I really think the game just passed Reich by.
This seems to allow BY to get into a rhythm as a passer which is the opposite of what was happening earlier in the year. BY looks much more comfortable and less robotic which will hopefully benefit him over the next few weeks.
I know it’s counter to the ultimate goal of the game but I bet a lot of people in the organization are feeling better about this loss than they were about the 9-7 win last week.

Carolina Definitely Chose the Wrong QB

Thanks for the assessment. I think this is true, but Bryce has yet to show this consistently. While he has shown some flashes, there is nothing thus far indicating that he should have been the pick.
The Panther Fan in me will continue to watch and be hopeful that BY can pull it together but the rational person in me has already started telling the fan in me to take another shot of something so we can go sulk in the corner.
Congrats on the season and good luck this weekend. You folks should be very optimistic.
