Kamara isn't alone. Most players hate the idea.
Hell, I hate the idea too.
The key is not whether fans hate it. NFl doesn’t care one bit if you or I hate it. They care about whether or not we will watch it. If the answer is yea ( and it is yea) then there are millions of reasons for them to do it.

At 8 we are guaranteed one of
Trevor Lawrence
Trey Lance
Zach Wilson
Justin Fields
Penei Sewell
Rashawn Slater
Micah Parsons
Ja'marr Chase
Kyle Pitts
One way or another we are getting a potential superstar.
Perhaps it’s been a year and you totally forgot about Huddle math during draft season. They’ll all be gone by the time we pick at 8.

It’s tough on everyone. My wife is a teacher. It’s really hard on these kids especially the ones who have been dealt a tough hand. We need to get back to in school learning when it’s safe. It’s not safe right now. It’s just the way it has to be.
Your wife and all other teachers need to be commended. In my opinion teachers are treated like shiit and still show up and continue to try and do a good job.
Cant comment on CMS, but my kids are freshmen at a somewhat rural union county school. I would say the school system has done an excellent job so far given the circumstances . They are on a hybrid model and go to school two days a week and are remote the other days.
We are extremely fortunate compared to other people. I have a comfortable home with good internet and school is a big priority in our family. My kids don’t have to worry about their next meal and we aren’t working around the clock just to keep the lights on. I think there is rampant education devastation caused by COVID and unfortunately we will see this play out in the years to come. Not forcing them to (yet), but we are checking into tutoring opportunities where they can help other kids get up to speed with math. It’s a drop in the bucket but if we can help just one child it is at least something.

Writer seems to think Rhule should’ve handed out juice boxes and cookies instead. Sure they learn nothing about taking the game to the next level but hey, it’s a glorified scrimmage plus he wouldn’t have hurt anyone’s feelings. Such horrible traits on display from someone who gets paid millions of dollars to motivate people to win.
Guy should go write for Emily Post or something. It’s a billion dollar industry and you have to prove it or look at another career. Realizing that before getting cut could be a career saver for some of these young men.

I think that is a new trait and think it comes from Tepper and his back ground. He is performance driven and if an asset isn’t performing you cut bait. It’s sometimes seems cold hearted because there are people involved.

Sure you do if there is a 25 year old franchise qb on the table.
If this happens there will likely be future threads about how the GM sucks and we are wasting Watsons talent. I think about the holes on this team without DJ, Brian Burns and Derrick Brown. That’s our last three first rounders. You lose their talent and their growth.
not saying don’t do it but saying there is a huge cost.

It came from China to Europe.
Yes. I think what happened is the Europe chain mutated a bit from the original so you could see it hopped from there rather than directly from China.

happened upon Jackson Browne acoustic on Spotify and love the David Lindley guitar.

I like the stories and backgrounds that come with the UDFA guys. I really hope they can catch on and make it. If not here, then somewhere else.
I think folks tend to overlook the impact having one our two guys like this develop into players. I think it's huge and a win/win for the player and the team. Norwell and Philly are great examples. Guys get paid and in return the team has roster spots filled for the foreseeable future without having to overpay market $$$ for a vet to fill the role. That savings goes back to your core or increases your ability to build around it.

Why not just Carsonals? It is the same number of syllables, and you really only need to replace the d with an s.

Little known Cliff Clavin factoid.
Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, who commanded the Imperial fleet fancied braided belts. When divers found the sunken wreckage his pants were also poo stained...
Coincidence?

Flying back from NY. Most likely missing all festivities.

The one guy sums it up pretty good. "I'm not scared of Carolina". Nothing about the teams screams "watch out". Yet this team shows up each week and pummels teams.
I dont one think there is a coach in the league that wants to see this team showing up on their door step come Sunday

With it being next years it doesn’t sting as much. It might if it turns out to be a horrible signing. I’m no that high on Darnold but dammit he is my QB now so I will run with it. Let’s see what Brady and Rhule can do with him.
