I'm just glad we can have conversations about picking up solid additions to either start or build a good rotation. Would love to have either of those guys here. In general would be happy with getting 2 solid/good FA ( suspect this will be OL and DB) and maybe a couple dollar store Dave rentals. Combine that with another strong draft class and it will be a great offseason IMO.

Glad to be getting to know Brees and company in the Superdome. I've come to like this guys a lot this season.

I would DEFINITELY prefer a top OT or Copper but if they're not available Collins is my next choice. We haven't had a decent Safety since the Hitman got shitcanned.
Agreed. At this point I prefer Peat/Scherff/Cooper over Landon Collins. Nothing against him but I think all 3 of those guys help the team better than Collins.

As long as you mean Landon and not La'el I agree.
Landon was definitely my intent. Should have been specific. Would love to have a safety of his caliber in the backfield. Even though the D has struggles somewhat, I think his addition along with Norman and Bene would establish the core of the defensive backfield.

Things may change between now and draft day but I would be happy with Collins, Cooper, Peat or Sherff.

I like all the conspiracy theories though.
1. Hardy fabricating elaborate fake domestic violence charge anticipating overreaction by the NFL, media and public regarding the Ray Rice video.
2. Cam lost his desire to play football
3. Gettleman sabotaging team to get new head coach
4. JR doesnt want to win just wants to sell hotdogs and make money
5. Secret plan to sell team to Illuminati/Church of Scientology group and move the team to L Ron Hubbard Field in Bakersfield CA. (this is my favorite and I think it has legs)
Gotta go now. Off to study the Zapruder film

My wife just got the 6 after she concluded the 6 + was too big. I thought I would like the 6+ but I think think it's too big. I have an iPad so any non phone stuff can easily be done with that.
All that said the 6 seems to be nice and she is quite happy with it. She ordered hers (Verizon plan) thru Apple and got it within a week or so.
I am not too big on Samsung but some people swear by them.
Good luck

We will forever as fans wonder what could have been with a healthy TD for an entire career.
On the other hand without his struggles he may not have turned out this way.
Either way I'll take what we got here over any other team bar none.
That and actually being able to play one position. He was moved around (Safety/LB) the first couple of years.

Benjamin would've been a top 10 pick if he stayed with Winston
Ealy was a 1st round talent who somehow feel to our 2nd rounder
Then Mayock said Trai Turner would've been a top 15 pick if he would've stayed one more year.
Gentleman might make some questionable later round picks but the man knows what he's doing.
Nice post. Only thing I would say is that so far the only pick that seems to = Fail is Kugs. He hit on Klein in the 5th last year and while I am not too optimistic on Barner, it was the 7th. I know Gaffney got hurt but the other late round guys are still on the roster and might make some noise. We also cant discount Lester and White coming in as UDFA. Not sure how much G man has a hand in that but we grabbed two steals in UDFA,.
If either or both Boston (on PUP) and Benwikere can make some noise this year G man will have had two very productive drafts.

Brown is very fast - Hopefully that speed will make him a solid contributor as a kr/pr man because we dont have one now.
I am very fat - Can I be a contributor at OT because we dont have one now?
Just saying...

Rookie wall with two players who had consistency issues in college. Granted that was probably mostly the fact they were playing 90 plus percent of snaps, but I still expect to see a bit of a drop off at the end of the season.
Next season I think they'll be scary good.
Definitely see your point but I think you almost talked yourself out of the post. The 90%+ snaps is a huge contributor in college and I think they have moved on to the next level. In fact this may have been good preparation for moving to the next location. I think a solid rotation we have does them a lot of good. I can see some marginal fluctuations here and there but I do think they will be relatively consistent for the year.

We will lose vs the Cardinals.
Dear Friend,
It is Monday morning coming off a bye week that was preceded by this Panther team destroying a NY Giant team led by a 2 time Superbowl winning QB. This team can go on the road, and do to the Cardinals, the same thing they did to the Giants. I fully expect for that to happen next Sunday. I respect your opinion and have no problem with your glass being half empty but mine, on the other hand, is half full. And by the time game time comes around on Sunday, I, and many other individuals on this board will have glasses that are 100% full. Most will contain various forms of adult libations but they will be full all the same.

Cardinals 10

Can anyone remind me of the last time we had a 31 point lead?

I have to agree with this assessment. I would not absolutely hate using a second round pick on a RB but think we can find a guy in the late rounds. I think the next two years we should have Stew as the feature back and Fozzy along with another guy moving in the rotation. I know it failed miserably but Gaffney was a prime example last year. If he can come back from injury he will be decent.
