Do something you enjoy and something that challenges you. I think jogging on hard surfaces has long term ill effects. Run on a field if you can. I have noticed a lot of injuries here. Y'all need to listen to your body and rest more not less. Im playing soccer in a few weeks again in a league. Added with cardio this is good for me. after playing soccer for like 12 straight years running just to run just has zero appeal to me. i would rather play a full game of soccer and not think about how far i have ran.

Sometimes home, sometimes gym. I have chin up bar at home and dumb bells and medicine ball. i prefer to be lean and defined over bulk. being flexible and mobile is what i like.

Im not looking to be hulk but anybody got any idea how to beat the boredom of a work out? Im in a rut of only cardio 2 or 3 days a week. Haven't played any sports since Nov. jackpot i work with so many transplants and of course they laugh at the south and snow. i always tell them it's the transplants who think they can still drive in the snow that get out there and wreck. meanwhile Jim Bob is at home eating grits and watching Mayberry reruns.
