Posts like this make me question the corporate grind I’ve been living for 10 years now lol
all jokes aside love to hear the success of those on here. Y’all rock and if anyone ever needs risk and compliance work from a fellow huddler im your man
Corporate grind is the way for me. As long as we invest aggressively and diversify we can do alright!

if the south embraced walkable cities it would be better here by a mile
If you are a fan the Charlotte Urbanists group on Meet Up is pretty cool, I haven’t gone in a while but they seem pretty active

You are suggesting trading away two of our most talented young defenders for a 30 year old WR during a throw away season?
LOL
The season is throw away but Young’s development isn’t. We definitely need to keep looking for ways to get him playmakers and protection.
Have no idea what that could look like but I don’t blame the team for trying.

I would absolutely go to the parade

Fitt is still a moron for not doing the rams deal.
I know the Patriots have been pretty bad at drafting but I’ve always appreciated how BB has traded his players before contract issues seem to arise. Just nip it in the bud! Especially for tons of picks.

On the spectrum of theological heretics, this place is on the Kenneth Copeland end. I’ll take some Joel’s around here.
As a local to the area I enjoyed that Waterpark those other Charlatans built

Tepper’s short term thinking will never produce a winning team.
For real, I’ve been confused why Rhule and Reich both didn’t seem to just focus on building a foundation during their 1st year with low expectations and this headline seems to point towards the common denominator.
People use the term superbowl “window” but I almost think of it more like the tides. You can’t fight it and it’s best to work with it. Tepper needs to let a coach/FO a team down and build it their way. We keep trying to set sail no matter the tides!
I’m also suprised that an investment guy isn’t more averse to trading picks.

We win and the huddle goes from obnoxiously negative to annoyingly positive.

This Moore guy seems pretty good

this kind of tail chasing feels like the stuff that got Hurney fired. I don’t disagree exactly but if they do it they should probably trade Burns for them.

Fitterer may fall on the sword but it's Tepper who instructed Fitterer to make the trade happen with the Bears even when Houston bailed.. The original trade was going to be three way where Houston would have had the 1st pick, and Panthers second.
Can’t forget Tugjob Tepper pursuing Watson either

Yeah the time to talk about this was before the city council primary. I don’t think any of them are against public funding for a new stadium. They’ll say it’ll net more revenue to give him money.

I’m just drained by the thought that if Bryce doesn’t pan out, the Panthers are a couple more years away from being relevant. And it’s been years already.
Hopefully they blow up the team properly and start hoarding picks. I don’t know why Tepper gave Rhule a 7 year contract but they didn’t really tear down the team.

This is Reich falling on the sword for his QB.
He could say anything else lol

Considering how hard they tried to trade for Watson I would think so. I don’t think he views the franchise as anything but a foundation for a sports/entertainment business. He knows even a losing franchise is still valuable and can be moved if needed.
Bungling the Rock Hill facility made 0 sense if he ultimately cared about the the team.

The sooner they win the better. Just knowing that Young can get an NFL win is huge.

He can’t. He can’t make the same throws. Dalton has an NFL level arm. Bryce does not.
I wonder if that’s why he had the confidence to fit the ball in tighter windows. He seemed to look noticeably zippier.

I think it was actually when trailing in the 4th

Young is miles ahead of Clausen. There’s lots to like about his play so far.
He’s missed a few open guys on deep throws but usually they are barely open.
-
It almost feels like Sanders has a tell because his plays just barely go anywhere.

We just love old crusty white man 1980s football too much to adapt to the modern NFL.
We aren't even fun to watch and we haven't been for 4 years, outside of PJ slinging it vs. Atlanta last year.
PJ’s Bucs game was nice too

Letting Hill gash you on that down was pretty bad, unacceptable

It's year one of a rebuild
I definitely agree with this sentiment but the team doesn’t feel torn down to be a rebuild. This is renovation on top of a previous bad remodel.
I feel like the roster will need much longer than the usual 2-3 years you give a coach to start feeling a SB window open.
Shout out to defense and Luvu

I was listening on the radio, when Sanders came in on the 4th down play Delhomme said “this must be a pass then”.
Then Sanders proceeds to run the wrong route.
